Given that today's weight is 212.6 lbs, I'm starting to think hitting 199 by Halloween might not really be a challenge. XD It's only slightly more than a pound a week.

Your summer tracker was a lot of fun. I would like to join this one too, but I can't seem to edit this one on my iPad. The summer tracker was fine. Thanks for doing this. Alice

I've been slightly frustrated with some recent increases, but I think it's just a slow time of month for me. One of the nice things about the monthly challenges and trackers is I'm able to look back at where I was this time last month and see that, yes, my weight also increased a little around this time end of July/early August.

I know that I'm not overeating, and my workouts are going well, so I have faith that if I keep it up the weight will fall again and I'll be at goal before I know it.

Thanks Cheyenne for starting the Fall challenge.

It says I loss 4.4 during the summer challenge which makes me smile since I gained a pound in August.

SO recently I was complaining to a friend about how I picture summer as a great time to lose weight.. it's hot out.. days are longer.. the sun makes me wanna get out and play!!! She replied with, "Well, that is silly thinking Cheyenne.. it's in our biology to HOLD onto weight in the summer in preparation for winter months." --- YAY, I'm so glad she said that. It seems I've disconnected from nature and I forget about how our biology has cycles too. So with fall on the horizon =) I'm feeling like perhaps my biology will react better to my workouts and healthful eating!! I didn't really gain massive in the summer.. but I struggled to lose, more so than I have in the past. HOwever, when I look in the mirror I think.. Whoa!!! Hot lady!! YOu sexy beast, You!!! and I wink at myself, and like a total dork, I really mean it. However.. this number of mine... I just hate it! I'm not lacking in the esteem department.. I just feel like a rock star when I like my number too!! =) sorry for my ramble! BRING on THE FALL =)

Cheyenne ramble on it's WONDERFUL to think that way about yourself If we don't think positively and compliment ourselves who will .

I bought two sundresses yesterday and I told the lady I wore a medium/large, she said no you don't, you're skinny! My daughter said see Mommy I told you. I grinned from ear to ear ... guess what? One of the dresses is too big. I need a small/medium

That must have been fun hearing the lady saying you were skinny. Great job and congratulations on one of the dresses being too big- woo hoo!
