  • I love hot dogs, but lately certain things have been giving me bad acid reflux including hot dogs. So I'm avoiding for a bit. Coffee is also off my menu. =/

    I'm going to weigh in tomorrow, I actually lasted a week not weighing. I'm scared I'll see a gain, I've been good, but still scared of it. I really really want to get to the 170s!
  • I like the wine theme wedding. It sounds so cool.

    Doing good on weight this week. Hope I stay good over weekend. We started putting together a gym in our garage. Can't wait to start using it.

    I have a vision of my garage being a gym too =) It would save me the 5 miles! What equipment do you have in there or are you planning on getting??
  • We have a squat rack on order. Just got barbell, bench and weights. Figure we will add slowly over time
  • Drop it like a squat!!! I love free weights because you have to use your own body to balance the weight. When I was a kid... well teenager, my brothers had our downstairs family room set up a gym! We became like mini Olympians.. although, as the younger sister I wasn't nearly as impressive!!(so I gravitated toward long distance running) My brothers nearly gained body builder status... obsessing over protein powders and how many reps of what weight... It's so fun to compete with yourself. Watching yourself make gains and setting personal goals!

  • Yay! I survived the weekend without messing up. This might be a first for me. At the very least, its usually when I screw up the most. Hope everyone had a good week.

    Hiddenstar - Great job on the weekend! I know a lot of people have a struggle with the weekends, I don't because I work crazy shift work, and usually don't know what day of the week it is anyway!

  • Only 1# from my challenge goal of 199. I'm thinking I need to re-think my Thanksgiving goal. XD Also, definitely going to need to find a strength training monthly challenge for October. Not having a set challenge this month has kind of left me all over the place strength training wise. XD
