Hey everybody! How are you all doing? I'm down 2, 2 lbs, which makes this one over my best weeks since i've started losing weight. I usually lose much more slowly!

I'm so happy to see so many people going down!! =) I'm gonna weigh in tomorrow because I don't want to face the scale after a night of massive salt consumption!!! eeeek. I'm sure I won't be down, but I'm fearing a gain!
There was a cheat day thrown in, but I'm amazed the gain was that much. I reviewed my journal, can't be that much... I did not eat 3*3500 extra calories worth of food.
My average for the week was 1,500 a day, that's maintenance for me, I wasn't expecting a loss... but a 3lb gain?
Must be bloat... has to be... right?
Shark week is 2+ weeks late, it must be screwing with me. Maybe it's hormones being jerks.
This week, I'm just going on walks, avoiding stress, and going to try very hard to keep under the 1500 calories again. I have a huge exam Thursday. That's my focus. Then it will be back to running, cooking and eating "perfectly" (or as close as one can!).

I would bet this is it. I was fairly late last month and the whole time I was eating at a big deficit but couldn't lose an ounce. As soon as I finally started, I dropped 2 or 3 lbs in a couple days.
Ok, i ended up not gaining, i've weighed 174.1, which means i've lost .5lbs agains all odds!
kurisitaru, shark week is definitely a complicator there! I'm on the pill with no breaks due to a hormonal condition but if i forget one pill i get one shark day and my weight goes crazy for week!
