I did succeed in sticking to my plan today. However, the hot chocolate remains problematic.

B: Greek Yogurt & Protein bar
L: Pear, almond milk, protein pack (chicken, cheese, peanuts)
D: Eggs (4, 2 yolks, with cheese, onions, and green peppers), lean bacon.

Snacks: Cherries / strawberries & yogurt with flaxseeds

Flower, fish and sausage soup sounds so good!

Kind of a low appetite for me today which is weird.

Only 845 cals. I'll get a snack and bring it up a couple hundred.

Hello to all,

I got in the workout yesterday...so sore today. 30mins Bike, soloflex and floor. Now I have to get motivated to do it all again.

I have been eating clean and doing my best to only eat three meals a day, no snacks!

On Wed. I saw my Endocrinologist and found out my thyroid is on the lazy side...not sure which came first, weight or thyroid out of whack, but they both coincided with other med start up...so, hopefully, now that I'm on a higher dose of Synthroid I will actually see my hard work and determination pay off...

Hope everyone has a wonderful and healthy day.

Woohoo! I successfully got out of the family BBQ because I work today and am still on-call. LOL! that sounds terrible but I rarely get the house to myself and will soak up every minute of blissful quiet.

Egg on toast
Coffee with milk

Chips and salsa

Bean burrito

CoolMom, yes the fish and sausage soup is good. cooked, pureed carrot is the base. Codfish, sausage, vegetables and a bit of toasted sesame oil for that asian flair

Today, I went wild.
mashed Medium Avocado with lemon and onion on cucumber slices 320
lettuce and celery with an 2/3 oz grated cheese lemon juice 100
smoked turkey breast 150
mozerella cheese 250
5 olives 50
hot chocolate (so far) 350
And thats just the pre-dinner tally

Happy 4th and also happy 8th anniversary to me and DH!!! . We rode 6 miles to a pizza joint and had the BEST pizza (Hawaiian) and ride back, so 12 miles. Not sure what tonight holds yet - hot and tired do resting and watching The Walking Dead marathon

Welcome TriumpDoll. I joined 2 1/2 weeks ago. Its a great community. Glad you are here.

Happy Anniversary Syckgirlsfv. Glad you had a good one.

Total calorie count was higher than I anticipated at the beginning of the day.
Added to the list before is:
180 hot chocolate
40 codfish
220 chicken
80 arugula, cucumber a stalk of celery a tsp sesame oil and lemon juice
120 lemon protein drink
total calories for the day: 1860.
The good news is that the grocery store is no longer giving coupons for deli and oilve/cheese cart. Just have to find something to replace the cocoa powder with. If I could drink coffee it would help.
