I did succeed in sticking to my plan today. However, the hot chocolate remains problematic.

I got in the workout yesterday...so sore today. 30mins Bike, soloflex and floor. Now I have to get motivated to do it all again.
I have been eating clean and doing my best to only eat three meals a day, no snacks!
On Wed. I saw my Endocrinologist and found out my thyroid is on the lazy side...not sure which came first, weight or thyroid out of whack, but they both coincided with other med start up...so, hopefully, now that I'm on a higher dose of Synthroid I will actually see my hard work and determination pay off...

Woohoo! I successfully got out of the family BBQ because I work today and am still on-call. LOL! that sounds terrible but I rarely get the house to myself and will soak up every minute of blissful quiet.
CoolMom, yes the fish and sausage soup is good. cooked, pureed carrot is the base. Codfish, sausage, vegetables and a bit of toasted sesame oil for that asian flair

Happy 4th and also happy 8th anniversary to me and DH!!! . We rode 6 miles to a pizza joint and had the BEST pizza (Hawaiian) and ride back, so 12 miles. Not sure what tonight holds yet - hot and tired do resting and watching The Walking Dead marathon

The good news is that the grocery store is no longer giving coupons for deli and oilve/cheese cart. Just have to find something to replace the cocoa powder with. If I could drink coffee it would help.
