SparklyBunny you fasted for 40 hours? I think that's great. I am fasting from a ton of things but not a whole fast so I applaud you.
I am down two more pounds of water … I have finally reached my pre-Thanksgiving goal and my pre-Christmas goal, which was to see 175 prior to the holidays This morning I weighed in at 175.4 … so happy to know my scale can show that number. TOM has come to visit me also but I think most of my bloat is gone since I spotted for 3 days before today
Awesome job ladies! This morning I was 177.2...so I'm sure that I will be to my goal for the week of 176 by Monday (weigh in day) I have to say that it has been a challenge getting back in the swing of things...after not exercising for like a month..I am proud to say that I jogged 2 miles both yesterday and the day before yesterday. So I'm making progress again...just need to keep plugging along. Only 7 pounds left until my goal...but I think that I may change my goal to 160....I don't know, I'm undecided still. We'll see! Haha!
178.0 today, was 179.2 yesterday (definitely sodium bloat coupled with not feeling great).
Today is my last day of vacation officially so I went out with a bang and tried the McDonald's poutine (that I've been craving for the last two weeks). Starting my new plan tomorrow.
I keep saying I've started eating clean but get off track the next instant today was a successful on plan day thank goodness!! Still in the 180's.... going for a walk right now... Hopefully no other slip ups will happen
177.6 today (and that's after I ate poutine with 1000+mg of sodium in it.) I'm on a different scale now, so I think I might actually be a bit lower than this because I usually weigh a little heavier on the scale at my apartment than on on the scale at my parents' house.
It's bitterly cold here and I don't think I'll be making it to the gym. Instead I will unpack my room and get myself ready for school tomorrow. I need a few groceries as well. I've relaxed a lot over Christmas and skipping the gym more than once or twice a week isn't tragic in my mind anymore. So I think that's good. I'm starting my new program today which is lots of baby steps being added together so it's nothing to strenuous right now.
Feeling good! I'm actually starting to imagine I *could* hit the 160s again. I've been in the 170s - and climbing - since September 2012, so being back in the 160s would be so sweet.
Up and down, up and down, shesh losing weight sucks! Still, its dropping slowly so that is what I'm focused on. 175.4lb today. But I have a week of cakes and cookies ahead, give me strength!
I'm back into the 179.x range--this time, I am going to stay here. I don't have any challenges coming up for the next 2 weeks, so I just need to stay the course, and I'll be fine--and hopefully, permanently into the 170s, with the 180s far far far behind.
I'm concentrating on my next mini goal of 175 lbs--for some reason, that seems like a meaningful number to me!
Glad to see we're all still here after the holiday period! I'm off on another holiday at the end of the week so have to try and stay on track while away argh! Hopefully I'll walk every day but while nice in theory the reality is usually that I get too lazy and eat too much -LOL-
173.7lb today, nice to be on the lower end of the 170s!
