172.8 this morning. That 0.8 less than yesterday. It'll take it.

It's been even harder now that people are moving to the 160s thread! I want to post there so bad!

I know what you guys mean!! I feel like this 172 is giving me anxiety!! and I know I'm not consuming two lbs more of food so water weight? ugh I really want to be in the 160s by friday!!

and it's taking everything in me to not just jump to that thread, and I refuse to change my ticker back to 172

170.6 this morning! I was hoping for 169._ by today, but at least I am heading in the right direction. I will be in the new thread in the next couple of days!! I just have to not eat at the 3 million grad parties I have to attend this weekend!

170.2 today. I wish I didn't have so many grad parties this weekend. I know I could be in the 160s if I ate at home! I'm still going to try my best to control what goes in my mouth and keep telling myself that just because it looks good doesn't mean I have to eat it!

I was 173.6 today but that was after breakfast so I'm pretty sure I'm really 172.?. We'll see tomorrow.

So, I know I haven't popped in since like, the second page of this thread, but I just wanted to say how great you all are doing! So many people are super close!

I had a few bad binges (boo) and boycotted the scale for a few weeks. I honestly thought that when I finally gathered up the courage to hop on this morning, that I would have gained at least 5 lbs. Much to my surprise, I have lost another 2.5 lbs, putting me square at 170.0. I literally did a happy dance, naked in my bathroom. My dog was looking at me like I was crazy.

I guess it just goes to show that if you screw up twice, you haven't ruined yourself. Got to keep that in my mind when I go all self-hating and whatnot.

I was 169.5 today!!! I'm so close to jumping in either direction with a slip so I'm trying to be really careful! I'm roadtripping to SF so super scared I will bounce bck!!

Back to 173.6 this morning. It's 100% my fault since I binged on crackers last night. I hope to stay 100% on plan today since my official weigh-in is tomorrow. It's that TOM too so I'm not expecting much, but I hope to at least be under 173.

I was back up to 171.2 this morning after terrible eating and drinking at 2 graduation parties last night. I have not had a good month weight wise, and I'm going to blame it on the stress of getting ready for DD's grad and party and the million parties I've had to attend (my total lack of self control may be at fault too). I am going to get right back on the diet wagon today and start losing 1-2 pounds a week again!!
