Hmm . . . I can't weigh in tonight like I normally would, but I can certainly count in from last week.

4-188.5 probably not so hot tomorrow. Went a few points over today.
27-181 I didn't fall of the wagon, but i haven't had much time to update. Still going strong!
28-181.5 I'm going to really focus on my sodium intake these next few days.
29-180 i hope i can hang on to it.
