I am going to stay on plan today because I do not like the feeling of being uncomfortable in my body. I am going to walk tonight because it helps me stay on track.

3. I know the box of Kraft Mac and Cheese I am craving won't taste nearly as good as I am imagining!
I'm going to stay on plan today because I feel like 25 pounds later, not much has changed. I really want to see and feel the difference of my weight loss. I want people to notice. I want to fit into smaller clothes. That's why I'm going to stay on plan, today and everyday after.
