I've been doing pretty good. I might have over eaten a bit, but I'm not actually sure. I think since I'm eating lower calorie foods I need to eat more, so the size of my meals have grown. Has anyone else noticed the quantity of food your eating is much more than you used to eat? I have giant plates of stir-fried veggies lol. I guess we will see at weigh in if I've been eating too much.
I've had fun the last couple days cooking. I had some stuffed mushrooms, vegetarian samosas, tufu stirfry, and fake chicken meat enchilladas! I even found a loaf of dairy free bread (hooray! I haven't had bread in three weeks because the stores in Ireland don't carry any bread that is dairy/egg free) I think for dinner I'm going to make tacos with some mycoprotein mince meat I have. Oh, if any of you are craving something sweet frozen grapes are amazing! I just froze another batch today.
Thanks jill! You look stunning as well! I use calorieking. Bought the software and love it! So far with everything input as "planned" today about 1000 calories, I ALWAYS tend to add a couple hundred more unintentionally! But, 1200 is my goal each day!
tigger... Yes when I eat lower calorie foods I do tend to eat a little more, and I'm definitely fine with that! Actually, I love it! I love eating more

it drives me nuts that the day before weigh in im so nervous i always go over my cals....i can be fine all week but then the day before i just am eating all day long and i just ate a huge salad with lettuce, carrots, pickles, red onion and hot peppers with balsamic salad spritzer so hopefully ill stay full until i go to bed lol
OK, so I think I need to go ahead and adjust my start weight... its been higher than I thought since the beginning of the challenge... it was o ver 200 but I weighed in at 199.6 today so can we adjust it to that? darn, I was really hoping to go down this week... I have been bad though, and it shows.
Today is a new day though! and I will lose this week!!!!!
I'm trying to make exercise a habit, so I'm challenging myself to work out 21 days in a row (because that's how long it's supposed to take to make or break a habit). Today will be day 4/21.
I think I need one day that's a bit less strenuous, so I was thinking pilates. Does anyone do pilates and can you recommend a good dvd?
