199.6 for me this week. the same! ugh. I am a South beach girl, but I think I am going to be doing a sbd and ww combo till the holidays are over! I am still oging to use the healthy sbd eating guidelines, but definitely start counting my points! Hopefully this will help me lose instead of maintain!!!

ahhh i'm so excited! my sister is coming tonight. she's staying here, and then in the morning we're going to go visit my brother. (me and him are both away at college, so i rarely get to see them). i was a little nervous about the whole eating thing this weekend because i'm sure we're going to be eating out a couple of times, if not the whole time. i really don't do well when i'm eating with alot of other people or where i'm not completely in control of the situation. so, i told my sister that i'm trying really hard not to eat animal products. and she looked up a vegan-friendly restaurant in the area that we're going to be! AND there's an ice cream parlor that serves vegan tofu-based ice cream!! that was so super sweet of her!!!

I dont know if its the cold weather creeping in but all I have felt like doing the past few days is eating. Its really irritating to me as I weight myself this morning and was up a few pounds. I have to get back on track. I told myself I would never see the 270s again and I did this morning

I think either my scale is broken or TOM is coming because it says I gained 12 lbs in a week...

That's impossible...o_0

I want a do over!


The good news though: I get to do a flight today. I'm pretty excited about that.

I wrote a message before and my comp. froze!!! How annoying..anyway the scale said i was 147.2 this morning...almost a 1 lb loss from my gain I realized I jinxed myself...i was soo sick of seeing 145 for the last couple of months that i decided to gain! Oo I wish it said 145 again. Oh well I'm trying W.W. points starting today. So far so good..

Hey guys,

Overall I had a great day. One of my housemates took me to her home in rural Ireland. Pros- I didn't eat anything non-vegan and I had to turn down meat butter and cheese about 30 times today so I'm proud of that BUT, Cons- I ended up eating way to much food thats technically vegan, but is not fruit or veggies, i.e. crap. I feel horrible because I haven't eaten this much in over a month, and I just feel like I was out of control. Ugh!!
