Thanks that's great!

I think I might just do all stuff but at a lighter intensity. I am usually pretty well rested by Sunday and raring to go again, so as long as I get some decent carbs in this week (I bought cereal specially!!!) then I shall be ok I think!

How can you not have heard of Nancy Sorrell she's the 'face' of Anne Summers apparently. Oh and she was on I'm a celebrity... she was rubbish.

Hi Ladies I'm back. Hey Veggie hows it going ? look at those stats well, i've finally left the abusive jerk that i'm married too and i'm nicely settled in my own apartment got myself a nice new laptop too My new desktop ended up crushed under the front wheel of his truck I've put up with that behaviour for far too long so decided it was time to get out. Now that i've lost 170lbs of unsightly fat i'm ready to lose another 30lbs

I'm back from the 10K.....it was blazing hot. My pace was 2 seconds slower than last year. I wanted to beat last year but there were probably 2000 more people and I stopped at every water station.

It was hard...but now I'm happy I did it, I have my feet up on the coffee table and I'm completely lounging.

Welcome back Cat, we missed you

WEll done RedSOx on your run...all these runners out here on this forum, it's getting very racy around here

Sarah, glad you're back in the house, I thought of you on your scramble run walk climb the other day, we took the dogs on a trail near the house and although it wasn't like the moors, it was a nice walk with a bit of scrambling on my part, as Pen decided to run down the only bit of downslide, and I was attempting not to trip on roots of trees, and a magnificent view of the bay as we rounded a corner, someone even built a bench there, to sit and look, although we didn't....

Eating has been good today, loads of veg for me...no curves as it was a holiday, but I'll be there tomorrow.

Hope everyone has a lovely week.

Hello!

Hello Cat We missed you

Well I spent 2 and a half hours in the rain getting soaked through on my bike, then hanging around for half an hour being all damp and cold and waiting for the stupid who should come to open up the hall for us, but she never came! So I spent AGES all damp and cold and miserable and lost out on money from my class and may have potentially lost a new student THEY SHALL FEEL THE WRATH OF SUPERWOMAN!

Anyway, I got home and finished watching March of the Wengpins - bless! I think the extra documentary about them filming them was a lot better. I think they touched the actual film up, since some of the exact shots showed lots grubbier penguins than were in the actual film...

Oh gosh Cat! Glad you 'saw the light'. It is too easy to be suckered in and just put up with things, isn't it? Good to know you are ok.

Well done, Cat, life's to short to take that kind of

Frus, I loved March of the Penguins but for some reason I didn't get to see the documentary about it.

Well done on that run, RedSox!

Hi Chris I seem to be sleeping a stupid amount of time since I got home. - another 9 hours last night - it could be all the extra time I'm spending walking - 2 and 3/4 hours today.

The documentary thingie is an extra on the DVD I have. I think that was great, and I also think that the whole thing wasn't really a patch on David Attenborough. I think he should go into feature length stuff!

LOL 2frus! The thought of Penguins being 'retouched' or having plastic surgery!! Why can they not show animals as they are!!! I bet they do this to Polar bears too - have you niticed how grubby they look sometimes?

Maybe the penguins all came on set with their dark glasses and their attitude. Putting vaseline on the lens (old Hollywood trick that) to make them look Beeeudaful!
