Shmoo I meant to mention you in my post.

Don't feel bad about munching the biscuits. We've all done it and will do it again.
It won't do that much damage. Your doing great you will get there we all will.

There must've been something in the air yesterday - I shall list all my naughty foods, just to make you guys feel better! I ate Happy Hippos (3), a MARS BAR!!!! A 3rd of a BIG pizza, half a sausage sandwich and 3 chocolate digestive biscuits And what's more, I've just come to work and munched on ANOTHER Happy Hippo! Good job they're only little, but maybe I shouldn't have bought them at all!

Anyway, I'm recovering pretty nicely from my big ole bike ride. I don't even need a cushion today, but I'm still wanting to munch on too many carbs!

Kickboxing tonight, some sparring and belt test stuff No rest for the wicked

I'm concentraiting on planning for my holiday right now, I can't wait, we fly out early Saturday morning

No more news on my boss, work seems to have settled a bit now after the initial shock, but we're all still pretty much shaky. Right time to go do some work....

Yes, please do let us in on what they are Frus, they sound quite nice...glad your bottom is doing ok after that bije ride...I don't think I could ride that far.

Yesterday I didn't get to curves as I had the packing company come to pick up empty boxes, they came in a little truck with a little dumpster on it....I felt so bad when I opened up the garage and showed them all the boxes that weren't going to fit in it Bless their hearts, they emptied every single box of the paper, and flattened all the boxes, I think there were over 100, and then squished it all in their dumpster...they were here over two hours.

But I now have another quarter of the garage that is empty, and I had a good sweep up of, and then I decided to tackle a border at the back of the house that had dead plants in it, all over the place, as I started pulling and tugging and digging the dead plants up, I actually found a gravel path along side the border...it took me all afternoon and I was aching all over, but it was a good workout.

Today I shall go and buy some good old potting soil, fill the border and plant some bulbs ready for spring, haven't been able to do that in AZ, bulbs don't do well in the warm winter down there.

Ok, must go and get on with some things about the house....have a wonderful day all.

Happy Hippos are made by Kinder and they're little wafer things with a creamy milky/hazelnut filling They're about 100 cals, but BOY are they tasty! Very bad for you too! I don't have any left now, so I can't eat any more!

I'm warning anyone if they see any hippos and they bring them out of a shop they will eat them all. Believe me! I have been hippo free for a long while but there was a week once when I kept buying them and eating them.

Biscuits are EVIL I asked DF to get me one of his chocolate digestives that he bought for himself to take to work. I ended up eating 3!!! I told him to take them to work! They are in his lunch today, so at least they are out of the house now! I can't cope with chocolate digestives in the house!

Of course I'm craving it, because it's not usually redily available, I've even been told they have Topics, I've not had one in years....and I want one so bad.....gritting teeth, tryng not to think about it, can see the wrapper and me undoing it and taking the first delectable bite...STOP! STOP!

SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME TO SHUT UP!
