ill let you know tomorrow supposed to be going round homebase with mum in the morning if i can manage that ill take dogs for a nice big walk but keep it handy just in case

Went for a 2 mile walk last night and the mile back I was carrying a load of shopping in my rucksack.

hey you lot your putting me to shame i just done some housework changed the bedsand the usual trip to the shops and up and down the stairs with the dogs im thinking about going back to swimming on monday its just really embarassing if ineed help to get back out of the pool anyway kep up the good work ladies

hi again you made me feel lazy so i went and swept the stair so another trip up and down shouldnt have done it as im not supposed to sweep but what the hey if i didnt do all the things im not allowed yo do id be better off staying in bed
