Well... (trying to sound equally virtuous but failing probably...) I DID walk down the stairs this morning. Couldn't be bothered to wait for the lifts! I will tonight though. This cold windy weather is playing havoc with my bladder! Also t'other end but you really did not want to know that. As there is no public loos in the tower block I will have to get the lift or everyone will have to face the consequences!!

Well, me and my ageing bladder are signing off from work now.

hi ladies i now feel justified in posting have never stopped all day and have decieded that housework does count ive sprung cleaned whole house done 6 loads of washing showered two dogs and groomed saod dogs and blew dryed hairy one for an hour ive taken dogs out 6 times which means 6 times down the stairs and 6 times back up including one lenghthy chase round back garden to get my young one back in the stair along with cooking getting kids stuff ready for school and trying to get the little monsters into the shower i think that definantly think that counts as exercise [hopefully} speak to you all soon kirsty

Keep up the good work ladies. Love the took it easy 2miles - lol - doesn't sound that easy - lol.

I missed Yoga today as I am at home wit hmy daughter who is ill. Did go to the gym yesterday though and am swimming tomorrow morning. Best go and get showered and dressed. My sister is looking after my daughter this afternoon until my husband comes home so that I can go to work this evening.

hi all well visiited nutty father today and did his housework aswell as my own taken dogs out 8 times and because of road resurfacing walked most of the way ther worked it out to be 1 and a half miles bloody knackered now

Got up at 6am this morning and walked 2 miles

Also walked down 5 flights of stairs not ready yet to walk up them

Kirsty, you took the dogs out 8 TIMES have they got weak bladders or summat? i'm still resting my poor foot here and i hate reading about you all walking cos i want to too i could go on my exercise bike i suppose but i don't like that

my youngest dog is still only 20 months and were just weaning her to longer times in between going out but what the hey i need the exercise

Finally MOVED yesterday and did 20 mins Exercise Bike and 10 mins Resistance Bands

right which one of you lot have the big stick i badly need some motivation i think im coasting because the doc said that regardless in the first four weeks id lose weight because of the coca cola and i dont want to get to next wek and find ive not lost or even gained if it ever happened in the past i gave up so would whoevers got the stick would they send it to me please!!!
