  • stripped all the beds and remade them washed six loads of washing dried it and put it all away dogs out six times and made i dont know how many meals{where do they put it all } and now im knackered
  • Walked 2 miles yesterday and another 2 today when I dragged the boys to Matalan earlier and refused to take the car, plus a short walk around another country park
  • i think that beats mine hands down well done you
  • Should have been at home doing the washing, but decided to enjoy the sunshine instead
  • i walked a mile with my freind last night then came home and went twice round the pitches with the dogs {im reliably told this is just under 3 miles } so i get exercise without realising it and am very pleased cleo didnt knock me over once
    kirsty
  • I'm still trying to locate my pedometer but I am walking a bit
  • i asked the groundsman how far it was and he said 1 and three quater miles all round so i did it twice the only other way ive found is to go to the aa route fibder and put in your start point and finishing point it will tell you the quickest way and how far it is the only thing is you have to copy the car routes needed to walk after being stuck in that court all day and my lot are not very good at taking the dogs out when im not here to remind them
    kirsty
  • I walked a mile into stirling at lunchtme, not much but a start
  • a mile is a blooming good start another mile and a half tonight
    kirsty
  • 2.4 miles walked to asda and back
  • Took the car into Stirling today
  • i should get knacked off with myself more often 5 miles today not counting the visits to the shops and up and down the stairs with the dogs and recycling bags as i just reminded that they came today i forgot last fortnight thats why there were two bags
    kirsty
  • yeah you go veggie, walking to asda and back is a feat in itself, i sometimes do that but it kills me.
Kirsty sounds like you get plenty of exercise without even trying.
Carol a mile is a good start, soon be two then three.
  • There are organised walks (you meet up and walk in a group) from asda but I'd have to walk all the way to asda first I may do one sometime but I am worried everyone else will be pensioners
