You could just do some marching on the spot viviki and pump those arms that will get your heart rate up or buy one of those mini trampolines that some of the girls have

I have dumbbell things that I do arm exercises with. A trampoline might be a good plan the only problem is that I'm in student digs and have limited space and have to cart all the stuff home for me for the summer. I might see if I can get one though, how much do you think they cost?

I want the barbie one too, would mean no one else in my house would jump on it with them all being male abd barbie is way uncool

What about a couple of exercise videos, if you have a TV and vid in your room? If you have a room to yourself that is, could get embrassing otherwise.

Put some ralgex on that sore knee Veggie or have a long soaky bath. You're probably asleep right now, but if it still feels sore tomrrow, the ralgex should help My Mum has stock in it I reckon, cos she always has some handy and it always eases her achey legs.
Kirsty, you are such a busy woman in your house, I don't think half of my door frames have seen a lick of a cloth since we moved in here, I don't often think to clean stuff like that. I must be such a slob! As for ironing, doesn't happen in this house apart from hubby ironing his uniforms....I tumble dry, shake, fold or hang up, used to irn, never liked it, decided not to do it anymore and live with the crinkled look
Walked with the dogs tonight, didn't get to curves as was running kids here and there, but walked a good mile and a half in 80+ degrees and it's humid so I perspired....you wanted to know that didn't ya! Must have burned some cals off, I'm sure I have one of those little trampolines out in the back garden, maybe I'll have a jump about on it later, it seems to have been forgotten since I joined curves last year...
