Myself......... The alarm goes off at 6:50 and I stay nice and cosy for 10 more minutes then it's time to get up and get myself and the boys all dressed and organised and out for 8:35.

Just took the time this morning to come on line before I headed out

Have been to curves, had a good workout, did work up a sweat too, had to ask them to turn their other fan on, the staff couldn't turn the A/C on as the owners have put one of those plastic lock boxes over it. I might have to have a word about that soon as the weather gets warmer. I pay good money to go there and although sweating is good, I do like my comfort and I LOVE hot weather, can't stand being cold, but it's just a matter of principle...sorry warbling on there........
