Brandy, you have been amazing! Such dedication!

I had never played this game before so I wasn't sure what to expect at the beginning, so I set a goal of getting 110 points by the end of it and if I did it, I would have to reward myself with some material prizes. Well, we're only halfway done and I'm already at my goal! Guess I should start the window shopping. Eating healthy meals is so much easier than I thought it would be-- it probably helps that I'm a vegetarian and rarely get dessert cravings, but it's oddly easy to have a bowl of soup instead of a plate of cheese fries.

Good morning everyone-Welcome to a brand new week. Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Mine was pretty relaxed and very nice. I had some nice walks, and had a softball practice, but took a break from heavy cardio. I can't believe how sore I am from softball! I thought I was in decent shape and work out everyday so I didnt think I'd feel anything. I was wrong. I have the first game of the season on Wednesday. I can't wait. I loooovvve playing. We have a new team this year (less serious, more fun!) and I'm looking forward to just having fun.

Kate-Great job hitting your goal point total already!! What do you think your reward will be? Its almost the end of April, and I still haven't decided what to give myself for reaching my workout goals. I like rewards for exercise goals as opposed to a specific weight goal-That way I get rewarded for doing the good no matter if the results take longer. Keeps me moving.

Angela-I'm so happy to hear someones thoughts on Moving Out. Looks interesting to me. If its comparable to Lion King it must be good. Wonder if its coming around here anytime soon, I'll check into that. I have tickets to Wicked in June! I am SO looking forward to it.

Did a 4 mile walk with my neighbor again early this morning. What a nice way to start a day. I'm thinking of doing a tape workout today and skipping the gym. I need to get lots of cleaning done before my students show this afternoon and not leaving the house will help me get it done.

Good morning!! Well I have been beating myself up for how I have behaving the past couple of weeks. Really awful. I had a 3lb gain this week!!! 3 freakin pounds!!! Ugh! I know I say this everyday and never follow through...but this time I really mean it. I'm almost back at the weight that I started at. What a waste of all the hard work I had put in. I'm so tired of it. I'm going to set some new goals for this week. Realistic ones too. I see all of you gals losing weight and I want my ticker to go down too. I want to reach my goals too. Well I'm tired of being on the outside looking in. I am going to hit those goals and lose some weight like all the rest of you. Hmph!

Week 3 goals:
3 excercise points min. each day
1 water point min. each day
All meals healthy eating!!!

Nikki-how was your son's b-day? Did you stick to your plan? I hope so.

Brandi-I love softball. Too bad I'm afraid of the ball and not really good. Good luck on your first game.

Kate-Dang girlie!! You've hit your goal already? Wow, great job!

angela-I hope your ready to work. Cause I am

Hey girls

I hope every one had a good weekend. Mine was good. Sons birthday party was great he had a ball and I stuck to 1 slice of pizza and 1 slice of cake go me

But weather is sucky here all week was beautiful comes the weekend and it rains. It's going to rain till Tuesday. Which Sucks. So I was home inside all weekend except for the birthday party. So all I did was clean and wash clothes. and take naps I have been so tired latley my sleep apnea has really been acting up. I was late to work today because I couldn't get out of bed on how tired I was.

Well I am off to get some work done I hope everyone has a great Week and if anyone needs a for this week there you go

Rosario Birthday was good and I did keep to my goal. Thank god I think I was so nervous not to then to post that I didn't LOL

And you can do this If I can you can I know what you mean to saying everyday thats it today is the day and screw up been there many times. SO you can do this It's a great feeling to see you tracker keep going down. Don't you want a reason to buy a whole new wardrobe I know I do...LOL

Hey ladies!!

I had so so weekend. I did not do any walking but I feel like I have been. I spent most of my day yesterday on the back of a bike...Tring to get use to rideing, My mountian trip is coming up in two weeks. I have lost the 5lbs I have been working on for the past two weeks...wooohooo me! I still have two more weeks so I will try for another 5lbs that will put me at 195 I have not see that sence high school. OMG I cant belive it!!!

hey everyone. i don't think i'm going to post points this week because i'm not going to be home very much and it's going to be a very weird week. maybe i'll sit the rest of the game out (not sure how much time is left) bc things are so crazy. seriously crazy. i'm doing overtime of cleaning and babysitting but that's okay bc it's extra money. plus, i have so much school work it's not funny. i can do that after the kids go to bed or when they do theirs if they don't need help.
Brandy-in Movin' Out, just so you know, there is no talking. it is all song. a guy plays the piano and sings the whole thing while the cast dances and acts it out. it is also 90% prop/set free. i loved it though and hope if you see it you will too. i danced when i was little for a long time and was always in band and chorus so it really touched me!

Hi gals-I'm putting off doing a beading project that is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I'm just not feeling inspired. I know I have to do it today, but later will work. In the meantime, I've done 2 hours of exercise while trying to put off working. Its such a great distraction.

Rosario-I'm sending you tons of for this time to be it! I'm holding off on the cuz you're heading in the right direction without it! I'm fortunate because I have such an odd work schedule with teaching lessons. I have tons of free time during great workout hours. I know how hard it can be to find the time when working a normal job.

Niki-You rock girl!!! I'm so proud of you sticking to your plan on a special occasion! Hope your sleep apnea calms down so you regain your energy before to long!

Leigh-Went to your site to check out your pics-You're looking terrific!!!! Good job. You'll be one hot mamma on the back of that bike.

Angela- to you! I hope you still drop in to chat once in awhile. An entire play with just someone playing piano and singing sounds pretty great to a piano teacher (specially since there shouldn't be any wrong notes!) Have you ever heard the Billy Joel classical stuff he released a few years ago? Didn't get great reviews from the classical music society, but I truly enjoy it!

Well ladies I am thinking about not trying to lose anymore and focus on seeing what it'd take to maintain. I'm about the size I was shooting for when I started but I assumed I'd need to weigh less. My size 4's are comfy enough to wear out, and that was my goal. Plus I'm afraid if I focus on loosing instead of toning, I'll loose what little boobs I've got left!!! (REALLY dont want to go below the A cup!) I still will be exercising like usual, and eating healthy, (and I'll continue in our awesome game ) but I'm giving myself more leeway in the eating to see what I need to do to maintain. I am hoping to tighten up a few areas to and if that requires some weightloss, I'll do it, but I'm feeling really happy with how I look right now.

I'm going to keep thinking on this, but'll probably change my trackers to show my decision soon. Thanks for all the continued help and support. You're all so awesome.

I'm Here I'm Here!!! Sorry I've been MIA girls but I have to much on my plate......Literally! lol! I've gained 1 pound so that is ok. I will be back full force on Wednesday after court, right now I'm not eating proper food, that's when I do eat and I've been so busy trying to get some facts and figures ready that I've forgotten about my OWN figure!Exercise is almost non existant right now! EEK!!
Brandy~ Good for you!!! Happy that you are happy with where you are!! Still going to stay onboard thought right??!!

Well, have to go make a healthy dinner,first time in 2 days,we had McDonalds yesterday(yuck)

Morning ladies, hope you're all off to a great start. I just got back from 4 miles with the neighbor, and am enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Going to do a turbokick workout before to long.

I got my butt moving and finished a bunch of projects I've been delaying. It feels good to have them done. Can't wait to deliver everything this afternoon.

Good morning ladies!!! I hope everyone had a good night. I actually did really good yesterday. One minor little setback (bad snack) but at least I didn't throw my whole day out the window because I messed up one time. I'm just finishing up my breakfast (cottage cheese and crackers). And then it's back to work...not there's much to do here so early in the morning.

Brandy-wow!! congratulations on getting to where you are comfortable at. I know you totally deserve it after sticking with your plans and working so hard and inspiring all of us to get with it.

Wendy-1 pound shmound!! you are doing way better than I would be doing during your ordeal. so don't worry about it. just remember, when it is all over, come back to us and be ready to work your butt off.

Hello Girls

Had a great night last night went to kickboxing. Sweat my butt off with all the stuff he made us do Love it. I need to sweat so I know I did something.

Looks like a nice day out there today. Of course nice during the week rain on the weekends what is up with that

Yeah I took 10 pictures trying to find one to put up

Well I will go to the gym during lunch then have boxing class tonight. I am still so tired. I couldn't get out of bed again. Damn sleep apnea. I took this test when I was 48 lbs heavier and found out I had sleep apnea but as I sat there and watched these videos I started to notice everyone was heavy. Then I asked my honey did I always snore he was like no not till after the kids and thats when I was getting bigger. So I asked my doctor if it's the weight and he told me it could be so I started losing weight with that being one of my reasons. It was getting better then lately it's been acting up again. And I really don't want to have to get the mask to sleep but I have been thinking about it more and more to get it but I love sleeping on my stomach I can't with a mask. and probably give the kids a heart attack if they saw that on mommy in the middle of the night. But If this doesn't get better soon then I am going to have to give in some how. Did I mention I am Closetaphobic (how ever you spell that) So when they try to put in on I almost had a heart attack then they gave me one that just covers my nose and have to keep my mouth shut. huh we shall see hopefully I will feel better soon.

Need to get some work done have a great day girls
