I LOVE 3FC!!! I was feeling all sluggish and lazy but after reading the success stories I am so pumped and i can't wait to go home and workout!!! Just reading about everybody's success and seeing progress pics, makes me want to lose this weight like crazy so I can post my own successes and pics. It's great motivation. This site is a lifesaver!!!!
Yesterday was a great day for me. I did some yardwork and went shopping. I only went shopping so that I could get some walking done! I've been so bored the last couple weeks with exercising at home, so getting out and walking a couple miles was awesome. And shopping for 4 hours meant NO NIBBLING! I actually didn't get enough calories yesterday.
Today, I've already done an hour of housework which is something I don't normally do. Is it okay to add that to my exercise points? I was working really hard. I was sweating more after that than an hour of my normal exercise! I have more yardwork to get done in a little while, that'll probably be another point. I think I'll try to get some weights in today, though I may not have time. I didn't have time yesterday, unfortunately. It's all good, though! I'm feeling fabulous.
good morning. wendy, i am going to do what you suggested. only eat one piece after a workout as a little reward. then, i am going to cut the rest into slices and wrap in some saran wrap and foil and stick them in a freezer bag in the freezer. Then, when I have a good week or something like that I can have one piece! I don't know if i'm going to exercise aerobiclly or go outside and do yard work for exercise. i need to do the yard work and it is so beautiful out.
Rosario-I know what you mean when you say you're tired. I've been so tired after doing so much housework and homework, who would want to press play?!?

Hi girls! Well, I'm pretty sore today but thats not going to stop me! I plan on spit shining the house today and I get pretty anal when I'm cleaning, everything has to be just so! lol!
Then it's strenghtening day so I'll be popping in P90-sculpt and ab ripper into the dvd player! I'll throw in some streaching and gazelling for awhile and hopefully get it up to 4 points today(plus some housework points!)

Rosario- ya made lots of sense. I can't sign up till May 5th- but i really think i am going to try curves for now- i think it will be better for right now than just to jump into a gym where there are tiny girls and buff guys. I am so uncoordinated it's not funny ( while attempting to do areobics videos or classes i go left when they say go right and i am always backwards when i am supposed to be forward.) I never used to be like that- i don't know if it's old age or being so out of shape. I don't have to do a year membership so if i don't like it i can move on.
Work was crazed today- trying to get everthing done by Friday so i can have the day off & take the kids to the park. weather here is still ok but next month it'll be so hot - I need to take advantage of free walking time before they get out of school in May. I am hoping to get to the beach and walk a few afternoons- but gas prices are rising and may not be able to drive so much. Then i can lose weight by walking
Told hubby we needed a dog- he said why- I told him that it was a good way to get rid of french bread by having the dog bury it in the yard. I am waiting till tomorrow to tell him that shopping will keep me from nibbling.- it's worth a try.
well gotta go get stuff prepped for dinner and finish laundry

Great to have all the newbies back and the ones from last game back again too! Wow what a motivated group!!! I'm going to have to haul butt to hold my own in THIS game LOL.
Oh... and the reason I get so many workout points is that I usually walk HARD most or all of my lunch hour and both breaks... so can get in 80 minutes right there. Then I generally do my workout balls some while I lie in bed LOL... sounds silly but it's great exercise and especially if I have an extra 10 mins of exercise and want my 20 so I can get a point LOL. I was so happy today when I divided out my steps which were aerobic by the amount of aerobic time... hoping it would be the 60 to really be considered aerobic steps... I averaged 109 steps a minute! Whooooooooooooooooeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
I agree we should be able to count housework toward exercise points. Although LOL I would have had a bunch more points on Saturday as I did housework for 2 or 3 hours and didn't count it as I was not sure! But this time...!!! LOL

I had a wonderful evening bike ride yesterday . Went abut 10.5 miles and enjoyed every moment of the peace and quiet. Making dinner had gotten me really stressed out cuz things werent going to schedule but after the ride I was calm and happy I'll be doing tapes today. Its raining here but tomorrow looks to be dry again.
Wendy-good luck losing the 5. I'd say with all the exercise you've done the past few days you can definetly reach your goal!

Yesterday was not so great. I still haven't gotten myself back into working out everyday. I was doing soooo good and now it's hard for me to want to work out. I just have to push myself into doing my dvd's or at least going for a walk. I don't have any plans for lunch today so I will definitely get my 40 minute walk in. yay!!!
Brandy-great job on that bike ride. it does sound relaxing. have you ever tried rollerblading. i think I'm going to invest in some juts to make my workouts more exciting.
Wendy-good luck on those 5 pounds. you are doing awesome in workouts so you'll hit that goal in no time!!!
sandisuze-curves sounds like a great idea. i went to one once for a trial period. I liked it a lot. You don't feel so self-concious. too bad I cn't afford it right now. have you thought about doing dvds/videos at your house? that way you can go at your on pace in your own home.

Is it 4pm yet I feel just like you La31 I am so ready to go home. Well 2 days down and feeling good about them. They are having a bake sale at my job for relay for life So many good things but I stopped chat and kept on walking I was thinking about getting the boys something but then it would be a alot of temptation that I don't need so decided not to. "sigh" But it was a good choice went and ate my oatmeal.
Went boxing last night awesome I love sweating makes me feel like I am really getting a workout tonight I am going rollerblading with my brother I also am going to the gym at lunch. I am on a roll. But I am proud of self for passing the brownies and the woopies and the peanutbutter cookies and cupcakes...LOL I think I better stop. I better get back to work to forget about the food they will be gone at 10...LOL
I do have to make cookies but I am thinking about the sugarfree cookies that all you have to do is put them in the oven. I told my honey we are not buying any jellybeans this year. His laughing at me poor kids. I can eat the whole bag with out even thinking so don't think so. But I think they make sugerfree I might get a little bag to at least stop that craving so I won't binge for a whole bag...mmmm sounds like a plan
Nik-great job on choosing the right foods. i think it's awesome too that your extending your good eating habits to your kids. i'm sure they'll survive without the jellybeans this year lol.
