3 days down, 28 to go. So far so good on my fitness goals for this month! I'm feeling very very motivated to stick with this. I've had so much energy! Not sure if I'll make my weekly goal this week, though. Been too busy with other things to do much strength training or exercise in general. We'll see, though.

So it's 5:42am, I'm normally not up for another.. 3-4 hours. I've been awake since around 4 this morning. Waaaaay too excited to sleep. My boyfriend's flying in tomorrow I'm going to be baking him some of his favorite cookies today. They're a kind I've never made before, so I hope they turn out alright.

Because I couldn't sleep, I decided to walk. I walked for about 27 minutes, have already done about 1 1/4 miles. I think I'll make 2 miles even if I don't do anymore fitness walking... which I plan to do.

to you Angela. I am sorry about the stress of student loans. I have been there, and couple it with the stress of school itself, it is very hard to stay positive. I'm glad you find support here. You have given so much to me on days I've needed it. (I sure wouldn't call your first post explosive either, just abrupt.) I'm very glad you will stay on with us.

Lydia-How long has it been since you've been away from the bf? I hope you have a wonderful time together!!!

I had a terrific birthday. We played a "real" softball game (no scrimmage) last night. Our pitcher wasn't there and with our replacement we walked in so many runs we got mercied, but we had fun and got to play. Craig and I went to an Irish pub afterwards. I had a yummy steak sandwich (only ate half) and 1 beer. THEN, went to coldstone creamery and had a delicious ice cream.

No walking today, my neighbor has a meeting. I did an hour of kickboxing instead. Plus I have a spin class at 9. Today's a good workout day. My body feels good-no more stiffness/aches!

I'm off to get ready for class and enjoy my coffee. Have a great morning.

Angela-sorry about your student loans. I don't have any student loans but I know how you feel because I drowned myself in credit card debt. It'll take me the next 3 years to pay it off. The main thing that gets me through stressful times is thinking "man, things could be a lot worse!!" That always makes me look at the brighter side of my dilemmas. And you have to know that you just have to stay strong and you'll pull through.

lydia-you're month looks like it is on a good start. great job. goodluck with your cookies.

brandy-glad your b-day was fun. ouch! sorry about your game lol. but at least you had fun!

Haven't started excercising yet. I forgot my workout clothes today and I was supposed to go to my bf's gym. dang!! I may have to run home and then run back to his work to at least get half an hour in. I'm feeling sluggish so I want to start working out already. who knows, maybe i will have the energy for a game of tennis later on. I hope so. Eating hasn't been to bad. So I am at least grateful for that.

Thanks everyone for the support. I'm going to do my Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies as soon as I'm done online. I can't wait. I love the music! Other than that, I have an appoitment today and plan on spring cleaning the dining room. I decided I'm not going to take out a loan, I'm going to go an extra semester bc I have so much debt already. My bf kept telling me it would be alright, it's not the end of the world-even though it felt like it. Well, gotta get a movin!

wow, it is really quiet around here. I hope everyone is ok.

If I am not mistaken, doesn't a new game start on Monday? I am ready to go. Wendy-will you be by to sticky our new game??? I would do it but I don't know how.

I hope everyone continues to play and post points and whatnot. I know I, personally have not committed to this last game, but I am so ready to do good on this next one. And I need all the help I can get to stay motivated. And you gals are a big help.

So let's keep the Beat the Bulge game going ladies!!! What have we got to lose??

Rosario~ according to my scale I still have 9lbs to lose!

Sorry I haven't been around ladies,I can barely keep my head off the pillow, I've been so sick.

Wendy-hope you start feeling better. i finally got over my flu!
Rosario-I'm ready too. we'll kick *ss this time!
Today was good, got a real good workout steamcleaning the carpets. I went to my grandmas and took a chicken to roast and a coconut cream pie (ate a very small piece!). I had so much fun there. I get bored since my bf works second shift so I need things to do at night! Monday is our anniversary, I can't wait. Anyways, got a busy weekend planned. We're going to leek fest tomorrow. I love leeks. I'll probably get some leek dip. Since it only comes out once a year, I always enjoy it (but not to much)! Well, good night!

I can't wait for the new game. I've been slacking the last few weeks, but I am planning my meals and am ready for the new game. I'm following the plan from my dietian (went last summer). When I started that, I lost 12 pounds, so I'm gonna try again. Plus I'm going to go for a goal of exercising 4 days this week. May not seem like a lot, but for me it is.
It really is quiet around here. It's National Scrapbook Day, so I spent most of my day watching QVC and scrapping. I love to scrap. It lets out my emotions. I was thinking of starting a scrapping a weight loss journal. I think it would be great motivation. Plus, I would add pictures and measurements.
I can't wait for Monday. It's only 2 days away and it's our anniversary. I'm so excited to give Tony his suprises!
Well, lets start the next week with lots of points. Good luck everyone!
