Well, except for eating to much peanut butter on my apple this morning, I'm doing well today. Gym class was fun, but she decided to have us do 20 minutes of abs instead of the normal 10. She's an ab freak, and I've told her this numerous times. I on the other hand still have a fairly weak core so I do the best I can to keep up with her.

Well, May starts soon enough, and with Lydia bringing it up, I've been working on my goals for the month.

April Goals: 26 days exercise, lose 8-10 lbs, maintain healthy eating
April Actual: 26 days exercise (this includes tomorrow), lost 4 pounds, did fairly well eating on most days.

My may goals are:
Maintain my weight between 128-132 lbs.
3150 minutes of exercise (700 minutes x 4.5 weeks)
Maintain healthy eating/water intake

Angela-sounds like you have a good idea of what you want to do. Not sure what PTSD is, but you have to remember I'm the artsy fartsy musician/artist. I do nothing if I could actually make a living at it.

La3y and Rosario-glad those shadows are getting smaller.

Rosario-your weekend sounds fun! Enjoy! Wish I had time to go touristy for awhile.

Have a great evening-My nephew has planned a family bonfire (my nephew is 11, this is the first time HE has gotten to plan all the aspects of a get together.) We are eating burgers and dogs and smores-his choosing. I will try to stay within certain boundaries, but I know I will eat at least one smores.

OK, I've been wanting to use this guy for awhile, but couldn't fit him in to a conversation. I still can't but I think he is pretty darn awesome!!

Hi girls. today is just a right off, I has 2 social tea biscuts ans 1/2 an apple, me eating is way off and have no desire to workout.

okay everyone...i need help. may 8th is my my 3 year anniversary with my bf. i want to make it really special so maybe you can help me with ideas. i already got hershey kisses to spell out i love you on the coffee table, i bought a fish mosiac tile to make and am going to put "you're the only fish in the sea for me" on it, making him a card (love card making) with 100 reasons i love him and am going to have his favorite dinner ready when he gets home from work, and am getting 3 red roses-one for each year we've dated. if anyone has any other ideas, i'd appreicate it! i can't wait to suprise him.

Morning gals-Happy Saturday!

I didn't do to bad at our bonfire/picnic. Kept it at 1 smores and except for a little extra potato salad ate well!!! It was fun to have the first bonfire of the year. A bit chilly, but nice.
Have a busy day planned and not much time this morning. Hope you all have a good one. Yes, got 3.6 miles done this morning!

Hi gals-Yesterday was BUSY!!! Didn't eat enough because of it, but at least had a good breakfast and supper. Church in a bit, then softball co-ed team practice later today. Should be fun.

Angela-thanks for the definition-sounds like it would be interesting to study. I don't know much about your field of study, but being a one-on-one teacher has helped me improve on listening and helping my students in a lot more than just piano. It is nice that they trust me enough to open up and gratifying when I can be helpful. I'm still thinking of ideas for your anniversary but haven't come up with anything to terrific.

Hope your all having a great weekend.

Hi! Darn, I thought I'd be the first to post today! Brandy, how do you manage to get up so early all the time??!!
Today I'm taking Ryan out for breakfast.We are going to meet a friend of mine and pig out, I'm having a hard time getting back on track as you can all see. I'm not eating all bad food though,i mean how bad can a couple poached eggs and a piece of toast be!!!!!!???? I just haven't been eating salads or much fruit lately.Have a great day girls!

Wendy-in your situation you shouldn't be worried about what you are eating. You need to just focus on your son and yourself. You'll have all the time in the world to worry about your weight after everything is over. I'm so glad things are going well for you.
Last night I went to the drive-in. Not good-ate pizza and chips. BLAH, wanted to throw-up! When you're body isn't use to junk food, it's just not good! Well anyways, we saw Inside Man which was okay but almost 2 hours and Scary Movie 4 which was not as good as I wanted it to be. But, we had fun so that's all that matters. If going to the drive in was a sport, bf and I would be at the Olympics. Last year we went everytime the movies changed! There's not much to do around our area so that is our means of fun! Anyways, today is going to be another bad day. We are going to my cousins to play games and order out. I want chicken wings so bad, but am going to try very hard to get a salad instead. Even though I ordered salad last time, I need to make up for last night. Well, gonna go. Have a great day everyone!

Darned period. I hate that TOM, I get SUCH bad cramps. I'd exercised for 20 minutes before they kicked in, but had planned on doing another 40 (at least). Unfortunately, the cramps got so bad that I was completely drained before I could do anything. I spent most of the evening in bed

So I go to church this morning-Park right by the road as usual-play both services then go to leave.
Someone freaking broke a window out of my truck and stole my purse!!!
I am so freaking mad I just dont know how to deal! I gotta go will post details later.
