Well, except for eating to much peanut butter on my apple this morning, I'm doing well today. Gym class was fun, but she decided to have us do 20 minutes of abs instead of the normal 10

. She's an ab freak, and I've told her this numerous times. I on the other hand still have a fairly weak core so I do the best I can to keep up with her.
Well, May starts soon enough, and with Lydia bringing it up, I've been working on my goals for the month.
April Goals: 26 days exercise, lose 8-10 lbs, maintain healthy eating
April Actual: 26 days exercise (this includes tomorrow), lost 4 pounds, did fairly well eating on most days.
My may goals are:
Maintain my weight between 128-132 lbs.
3150 minutes of exercise (700 minutes x 4.5 weeks)
Maintain healthy eating/water intake
Angela-sounds like you have a good idea of what you want to do. Not sure what PTSD is, but you have to remember I'm the artsy fartsy musician/artist. I do nothing if I could actually make a living at it.

Wish I had time to go touristy for awhile.
Have a great evening-My nephew has planned a family bonfire (my nephew is 11, this is the first time HE has gotten to plan all the aspects of a get together.) We are eating burgers and dogs and smores-his choosing. I will try to stay within certain boundaries, but I know I will eat at least one smores.
OK, I've been wanting to use this guy for awhile, but couldn't fit him in to a conversation.

I still can't but I think he is pretty darn awesome!!
