HAPPY FRIDAY!!!
I did terrible with food yesterday. I wasn't feeling all that well, thought I might be getting sick but was not sure. Anyways I was tired (to the point that after an hour of exercise I quit for the day) and cranky

Thankfully I seem to be feeling more normal this morning.
Went walking for 4 miles this morning. Its a little chilly, but pretty out today. I'm doing a step interval/weight class later today. What do all of you have planned?

I think I need to start following your example with not giving into food temptations. Great job! Hope your car is all fixed up and your body is recovering. It all just seems to happen at the same time doesn't it! Hope you're not to sore, and you'll be back to your boxing soon.

Lydia-your May goals look great. Guess it is almost a new month-Wonder how close I am to meeting the goals I had set for April. Guess I'll search down that thread and see, and then come up with some for May. Hope your b-day was a blast.
