I already ate a piece of chocolate today (UGH) but I'm planning on a better plan for the rest of the day.

Good morning all. I'm off to a good start with 45 min. of cardio down. I'm excited to be in this challenge. I know I'll need some support along the way, but this looks like a good place to get that. THANKS Wendy!! Sure am glad you took the time to get us motivated.

Thanks Wendy for putting this all together. I know this is what I need to motivate me more towards my goal. It's only 9:44 in the am. One meal down, 2 to go.

One question: where are we weight and measurements? Is it in the thread where we post our daily points??? Help!

Well, I'm sitting here eating a healthy lunch and chugging down my water. WAHOO!!!

I'll put in my points at the end of today and I weigh in on Saturdays so I'll just use that weigh in to post on Mondays.

So far I have to beat 7.5 points!!!

Just here munching on an apple. Where is everybody??? I've got 4 points so far (2 healthy meals, 2 healthy snacks, 1/2 gallon of water). And it's only 3:45pm.

It sure helps that I'm postin' all of this down. So I suggest y'all do the same.

I'm on WW and had a great OP day with 2x exercise. Now it's raining here in Israel. It's ok. Winter is like a few rainy days and then sunshine again. Need to get boys to bed - really late.
Do you all know each other? Is there a place where you have your bios??

A very bright and beautiful morning to all you lovely Btb members.
The first day down (and it was great thanks to You Wendy for all your hard work and perseverance) and the second is now under way. I was woken this morning by my darling Hubby with a beautiful bunch of flowers a Kiss , coffee (made with skim milk)and a very beautiful card ,So I would say you can’t start a day off much better than that.
