I'm sure you'll say YOU DIDN'T ASK, but I'm gonna say it anyway! Umm, I'm not sure if your sugar is the same as my sugar...but the sugar I use is 15 calories for 1 teaspoon...so I don't know if you'd really have to count the sugar if you are using that little of an amount? I can use 4 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of fat free creamer for 1 point...
I had to use regular sugar today instead of my Splenda and according to the tracker for 2 tsp of sugar that is 1 pt. I used 1 tbsp of liquid french vanilla creamer which, again, according to the pt tracker is 1pt.

Have a good one..I'm leaving for the day. My head is pounding and my knee still hurts. Not decided yet as to whether I'll hit the track on my way home or not...depends on how I feel when I drive by it and how full it is. Sigh. don't like this funk I'm in....dang TOM!

so 2 tsp would be 1pt. because it equals 30cal.
