Good morning. Looks like it's just 3 of us today since ROCKER has decided that she wants to take a paid vacation day like the rest of her company...what's up with that? So I left work around 3pm yesterday and went home to change my clothes. I then ran out the door to head to West Chester to my friend's Mom's office to help her with a huge project that needs done by tomorrow morning. We had to put a frisbee, key ring, and this other thing in a bag, get the air out of the bag, tie the bag and package them in boxes. Doesn't sound bad, does it? Well there are 3,000 to do!!!! We got 2,000 done and I left at 9pm. We worked so hard from 4-9. My back hurts from standing the whole time! I got home after 9:30 and I wanted to fall over! I'm glad that I went though because I know that I was a big help. (Someone appreciates me!!!!)

Weigh-in was this morning...I was a bit scared since I haven't really been OP and counting points, etc. Today is my fresh start - but I was down 3 lbs!!! I have no idea how - and you know what? I'm not going to ask questions! I'm gonna take it and run with it! So I am officially 5 lbs from my WW goal weight...and 12 lbs from my lowest weight ever...I guess there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Well, I am so disgusted with myself. I did so well over the weekend and then last night I blew it. I told you gals that I was going to a Rosary. That is where you go and pray for the soul of the deceased. Well afterward everyone gathers around and eats. They had so much food. I thought I was being good by staying away from the cakes and candy and ate the low pt foods. Well I was wrong. By the time I got home and ran the food through the tracker...
