Well thanks for the advice..Thats exactly what im trying to do is eat healthier..change my lifestyle a bit. The problem is that im off work right now with a back injury, so its hard to just go to the gym and give it my all. I go 3 times a week. I walk on the tread mill for 15mins. Then stairclimber for 15...then bike for 15. But i dont feel any changes...and its frustrating...By Canada day i would like to loseabout 10 pounds...I think thats acheivable....
Yes, and what is up with survivor...watch out for that Amber...

i think you'll do fine if you carry on with what you are doing
i'm a scale hopper and you're right it is such a downer when you don't see changes fast. I think i'll take my measurements this weekend along with my weight and then forget about it until June 1st weigh-in

a case of emotional eating
and i plan on being one again today
and i also read an article that said to not have too much faith in what these machines tell you that you've burned
i know i don't
i just use them as a rough guide its getting the exercise thats more important anyway.
and i figure i'm only kidding myself by taking that weight.
)...I didn't actually expect anything different but low and behold, it read 209.5...maybe I should have a cup of coffee everyday
) what i meant by i'm kidding myself is that we don't walk around all day with an empty stomach so i don't feel like its a 'true' weight in the morning
just one of my little excentricities
