The Great Canada Day Challenge!!
Or for any Amercians, it can be 3 days later on the Fourth of July!
Here is the challenge:
- Set your own goals and strive each day to stick to them.
- You must have a way to measure your success, be it # on the scale, tape measuring, # of days/week you get to the gym, # of days OP, etc.
Let's go!! yay us!! 11.2 weeks to go to Canada Day (July 1!)
