Can anyone help me?
I've been averaging 1300 calories/day and haven't lost any weight this week. Does anyone have any suggestions? I use to do 800/calories a day and lost weight fast but I decided that was unhealthy.. But now.. Im not losing anything..not an ounce. To maintain my weight I need 2300 calories.. Does anyone have any suggestions?
One thing that helps me is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. You will eat every 3 to 4 hours. It keeps your metabolism up and helps you to burn fat. I usually eat 3 meals and 2 snacks. My snacks are usually a piece of fruit. Also, drink plenty of water.
Of course... you may already be doing these things....
Neesy~YOUr body may be adjusting to the higher calories. It could also be hormonal weight... Keep at this range, and give it a few more days.
Ladies, I have been good with the food this week, but I missed the gym. I Had to keep waiting for the gutter people, and they took all week to do this little house...although we did have a lot of rain this week...But they never would call me and tell me that they were not going to be here. I ended up wating and missing the gym. This week will be better, I am taking a small trip with my mom at the end of the week, so I ahve to be on the ball and get the house straight, bills paid, and food shopping done before I leave Friday. So what better way to get energized that to start my day at the gym. I am going to aim to make it everyday this week. Hopefully I will beable to do it!!! Weigh in tomorrow, I am hoping for another pound.
We had a lovely weekend! Picked up my new wheels. zooommmmmm. Loving this little car. My silver rocket!!
I fell giddy with all the quiet and lack of interuptions here. Completed some necessary church and school council stuff. Many calls made. Lunch being ingested. I will clean the kitchen and then work at Avon stuff while AMC is on.
Been seeing nice changes with my kids. They aren’t loving some of the new attention they are getting because I am able to follow thu on some negative issues,thankfully short lived.

hey there, i got as way to go to get to 199, but im excited in preperation. with 35lbs to go untill im at 199, i got about 17 weeks if i loose it at 2 lbs a week, proberly more like 25 weeks of this yet (half a year OMG) but that means i should be done in like the middle of march next year.... :-s if i work out alot i guess i could shift it quicker...man thats a daunting amount of time....oh well here i come 199

I keep joking at work that since I haven't had anyone for the last three Valentine's Day I have to get myself something big (and I wouldn't want to disappoint myself, lol). I just think THAT would be the perfect gift to myself

I have my wi tonight. I won't have a loss..
Maybe I'll do better this week.
I told yall they call me in because of my mamogram. They said the compression veiw was good it was only dense tissue...lol I thought that was only in my head.

I need strength...
Tonight I went to a harvest party at church. I made a banana pudding using
FF/SF banana cream pudding mixed with cool whip free. I used reduced fat
vanilla wafers. To my suprise it went fast and they were bragging about it. I
never told anyone it was diet.
