First of all, Yay for you on that 5 pounds! Whoop-de-do! That is a huge relief to finally get off of a plateau. I loved your story about pulling your boyfriend off the computer and going for a walk- that's exactly the kind of thing that we all have to do- just get moving, even if it's only a little more than we did yesterday!
Thanks for asking about the job interview- actually it went really well! They said they'd call by the end of this week. It seems like it would be a good place to work, altho it is a bit of a drive. The weird part is that if they hire me, it is to replace their current bakery manager- which makes me feel a little odd. Who knows, they may decide to hold off. I look at it this way- every interview is practice for the one that will get me a job- right?

I somtimes get really depressed and it all just seems overwhelming!! I have over 100 pounds to lose and that number just seems too impossible!!
I am a total fast food adict and can't seem to rid myself of this AWFUL habit! Has anyone else suffered from this problem?? If so, how did you overcome it? I eat it 3-4 times a week!!
Does anyone have any ideas or advice on how to get started and motivated to begin a weight loss/exercise program? I'd really appreciate any help you guys could give me! I'm struggling here!!! Thanks!!!
