Dana just go to yahoo.com and dl it. I am usually playing Literali. I am at the beginner level there but it is fun and does work my brain. Find out where in the bible that it says he was a Jew if you can. I just get tired of learning something when I was a kid and being told that I am wrong.
Well things with Robert are the same. He has not done his laundry yet today and it is supposed to be done in under 3 1/2 more hours. He has 3 loads to do or 2 large ones. He has not done underware or socks in 2 weeks now. He is still dong no damn chores. I will not take him to scouts anymore. Jason is going to CA next month and I am going to insist that he hooks the cable up into my room. I will then take the cable box out of Roberts room and put it into mine. I really don't know what to do at this point. I am so pissed that it is making me want to fight with Jason now. I feel like walking out that door and never coming back here again. I gave up my Son to help Jason with his kids. I see Tony once a month being as I am needed here so much. I felt that God wanted me to do that. Tony was getting older and not needing me in that way and the kids here did. Well they are not my kids they are his and Martis. Why am I the one that has to do everything for them? I had to take Megan to the store being as Jason was busy. I get home and he is out washing his damn truck. OK before I get to pissed I am signing off.
Daphne
Oh yeah the stress is causing me to really eat. I am a big fat useless 240 pounds as of this morning. Maybe I will try and reach 250 pounds?
Daphne...I am so sorry sis that you are feeling so angry at your DH and StepKids that you want to hurt yourself by gaining weight! Eating yourself sick is not the answer Lady. What you need to do is start taking care of yourself and putting yourself FIRST!!! You need to workout to get rid of the stress they are putting on you. I wish I was there to help you through this. How is everything today? Any better? We are all here for you. If you need anything give me a call!
Dana...WoW it sounds like your cards are paying for themselves. How much did your starter kit cost? Like I mentioned before, I use to have a co-worker and boss who were totally into stamping and scrap booking. I just haven't been organized enough to do that. How was your weekend? How are the kids and the weather?
Gayle...What is going on in your part of the country? How was your girl's night out? Did you do any of your exercise tapes?
Well, I have been -out all day. And I haven't done my morning exercised since before we went on vacation. I have though been doing laps with my co-worker. But no exercise this weekend at all. And my scale is broke again!! I think I have put all my weight back on! Well, my shoulder is starting to burn being online here. Got to go!
love to all,
Deborah
Daphne, I feel so bad for you having to deal with that brat! How soon till he runs out of underwear? Doesn't sound like Jason has any better luck than you in getting him to do anything. You definitely need to get that cable box out of Robert's room. He doesn't need any rewards. Deborah is right that you need to take care of yourself. Obviously no one else there is going to do it. Working off stress in the gym sounds like a great idea. Good luck...I wish I had some good advice for you, but kids are not my area.
Deborah, I'm glad you had a great time in the snow. Your pictures were great. I had fun with you! What is wrong with your shoulder? It's been bothering you for a long time now. ~~ Exercises??? HA! You must be joking...me?...a self starter?...NEVER! But, tomorrow, our regular exercises start up again. ~~ Deb, Kim, and I had a ball! We watched Nemo. Kim had not seen it yet and her husband is one of those who think that because it's animated, it's only for kids...DUH!!! Macho men...ick!
Dana, how nice to hear that some of your cards are bringing in that kind of money! Good for you. Hope it just keeps growing. Have fun playing with your new stamps.
Ann, Mavis, hope things are good for both of you.
I've been busy working on the newsletter. I'm putting in that review of Mel Gibson's "Passion" movie. I am sure I sent it to all of you. It was kind of long, so I don't know if you had time to read it, but it was really good. I've only had praise for the first issue. I'll finish up this one today or tomorrow and see how it is received. As far as I know, everyone here is Christian, so there probably won't be any backlash from that article.
Other than that, I really haven't been up to much. The weather is getting better, though. The snow is almost all gone...till the next snowfall, that is. The daytime highs are almost all above freezing. Things are looking up.
I'm going to go and lay down for a while. I'm hurting.
Daphne I don't think there is actually a place in the bible that says Jesus was a jew or at least probably not in the King James Version but it may state that in the NIV version. I don't have one of those bibles. What you do read is the backgrounds of mary and her father and so on. The best way to find it to me is do a search on "was jesus a jew?" I think I did that on google and it brought me to a real neat page that came from a bible study. If it wasn't from there, I got it from a link off of our church's website. I will try to locate exactly where that was. It walks you through all the steps of who "begat" who and why it draws the conclusion that he was a jew. Whew that was a mouthful.
I was doing real well with my cards on ebay but the sets I have on there now doesn't have bids yet. Kinda disappointing I guess cause I was doing so well. I did sell another set over the weekend however. I did get my new stamps and hope I can stamp a little bit when I finish this post. I also got that kit from Close To My Heart and it's a bit overwhelming of all the stuff to look at and read. Daphne if you haven't seen one of their "catalogs", you are in for a treat. It's the first time I"ve seen one and the first half of it shows you card and scrapbook ideas. Then for each idea it tells you what they used to get that specific look and has the products listed with prices underneath. They have the most amazing ink pads. I have their Bubblegum and Grape Sherbert so far. It came with the kit. I love the colored inks more and use clear embossing powder. To me it's more of a bold look rather than using the different colored powders. Like I said before on one of the threads, different brands of powders give you different results too. (that's why we like that gold so well). I haven't tried CTMH powders yet so can't rate them. Have you tried eyelets yet? I've gotten into that and it's such a cheap but really pretty way to decorate a more dull like card. I'm anxious to get some of the eyelets from CTMH cause they coordinate to match their papers.
The downfall to all of this is the whole kit is setting you up for a business. I have packs of invitations to have home gatherings which would be real fun but I don't know of anyone around here into that. I don't even know if we have consultants around here or not either. Anyway, they also sent me 8 catalogs which was $40 of the $89 that I spent on the kit. You have to sell $300 worth each quarter to remain active to receive the bigger discounts so that may be hard to do. Daphne if you're interested in one of these catalogs, I"d be happy to mail one to you. They are for the 2003-2004 years.
They are calling for snow here to start wed. night and go into friday morning. It could possibly be the big snow I"ve been praying for which has me excited but the bad part is Kevin's blazer is parked in the back yard of his mom's. He was trying to get there today to visit and it quit running right in the middle of the road so they had to pull it up there with another truck. He thought it was the fuel pump relay again so he went and bought a new one to no avail. It still tries to crank but won't. My little car just isn't very good to drive in snow.
Gayle I haven't seen Nemo. I used to be one of those people like your friend Kim's DH. I never thought I could watch Lion King but I was hooked after I finally watched it. It was on video by then. I think Nemo would be beautiful on the big screen though. We do want to see the Passion but I don't want my kids to. I don't know how we will work that out but I'm definately not bothering with that this week. Our theater isn't suppose to have it according to the website but I've heard from employees that it's already sold out the first 3 days so I have no idea. Are you guys suppose to get this snow storm as well?
Ann how are your blood sugars now? I dont' think you've posted lately about how your diabetes was? We have to take brett for another check up next tuesday. I'm hoping he's lost a few pounds on their scales cause he has on ours and you can tell by looking at how thin his face is. Are you still exercising on your home gym? I hope you can post real soon cause I miss hearing what's going on with you.
Deb are you tired of the snow after last weekend? How did little Filly's teeth get? I remember you telling us about her breaking them and all she had done but how did they turn out? How old is she now? She looked so cute in that picture sitting in the car. Are you watching Idol this time? What about Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance'? I really enjoyed that show and will miss it. Tomorrow is my day to weigh. I just don't feel too enthused about it this week after gaining a pound last week. I have done my pilates every day except for today. I did so much walking in about 5 stores this morning so I don't know if I will get it in today. So if you go see The Passion are you taking your kids to see it? Mine freaked last year when our church put on that drama if you recall and from what I hear this is more graphic so I just don't think so for me.
Well I better post this so I can stamp a little before Idol comes on. it just kind of clears my mind!
Dana thanks for the lesson on how to do the is Jesus a Jew search. I am going to look into it futher later on. I would love a cataloge. How much do they cost? Stamping up has one that is 10 dollars that is kinda cool but it doesn't show how to do cards really just mainly the products. I want to get into the eyelets too. I love all the things I have seen done with them. I just bought a multi colored ink pad with pink, red, lilac, purple and teal.
Deb and Gayle thanks for kicking my *** There was a lot more things that went on with Robert up to last night. I finally gave him 3 paddles and they were not soft ones either. I am working on getting respite care for Megan so that way Jason and I can have dates or go out with the neighbors for dinner and stuff. Jason is working on getting a job with the school as maintenance so I really hope that he gets that. He took a test yesterday and if he passed it he gets an interview next week.
I had an eye apointment Monday and got some bad news. I can not lave lazer eye surgery at all. My retna is messed up and it will just get worse and worse. Later on it may be that I will be blind in that eye if it continues to degress at the rate that it is. He didn't give me a time but it didn't make me feel better.
I have to write an e mail and hope to be back later. Jason is in Seattle finaly so I can get on line without being bugged!
Daphne
Hello Ladies
It is storming big time here in Cali...the utilitiy company is gearing up for possible outages...so far we haven't had any...but traffic was bad on the way to work this morning.
Gayle...I love Nemo, we have the DVD too, and I can't wait for Shrek2 to come out this summer! I am so glad that you were able to change that "Macho Man's" mind...lol Have you been down to exercise this week yet?
How is everything else going? When is the next newsletter? How is your mom?
Dana...Way to go on doing your Pilates everyday!!! WoW your stamping kit sounds fun! What is a eyeleter? Is it like scissors that cut out little holes in a pattern or what? How was your weigh in? As for the movie, not going to take th kids the credicts are saying it is to graphic...they don't need to see that!
Daphne..How is it going today? I am so sorry to hear about your eyes...that must be really scary for you. I will pray about Jason getting a job close to home so that he can help you with those kids of his. He really needs to take more resposibility for them (especially since they are all his). You are a strong and amazing woman for doing all that you do for them. I am so sorry that you are not getting the appreciation you deserve.
I am no scholar on religion, but I couldn't believe that Robert's Sunday school teacher doesn't know that Jesus was Jewish! You can tell him for me that in Mathew Chapter 1 around vs. 16 it gives the lineage of Joseph, (Jesus step dad) who is decended from David (jewish leader) and in Luke it Ch.3 it gives another lineage which refers to Joseph again, but in my Bible it states this could actually be the lineage of Mary, Jesus's mother. Either way, they are both decents of David, making Jesus Jewish (or at least half Jewish). And because bothe Mary and Joseph were Jewish it is speculated that they raised Jesus in the faith. Sorry to get on such a tangent about this, but with the movie out today and me working at a JCC (which could be under attack because of the Anti Seminism some are saying the film portrays) I feel I need to enlighted as many Christians as possible to the fact the Jesus was a Jew that his job was to come to earth and die for our sins and while it was terrible how he was tortured and shunned, these people who percicuted him, helped him complete his holy mission. OK...I am getting back off my
Daphne...I hope you don't think I am attacking you at all! I love you sis, and I am sorry if I am coming on strong about this religious thing, it is not directed at you, it is rather my fears and concerns that I am trying to express while informing my friends.
As for me working at a JCC, I am not having a good time here at all. I came in Monday to an email from my boss say that she wants to set up a Disiplinary meeting with me (it is schedule for Friday). I am hurt and angry! I really give 110% at work and as you all know, from my infrequent postings taht I rarely spend time online typing you all or doing anything that is not work related. I don't take breaks and I eat lunch at my desk...but obviously that is not good enough for them. I am still not even sure what they want to repremand me about...I am waiting for an email to explain that! I am seriously frustrated with this whole situation. If they are angry because I came in 20 minutes late last Tuesday...they need to know that my children were home alone all day and I chose to come to work over taking care of them, and if they can't give me 20 minutes when I give them a hour a day...F*ck them!!! I should of just stayed home and called in sick that day!
Well, I have been on here way to long. I will have my "hearing" is Friday regarding what ever I did wrong???? I will try to post and let you all know if I am employed at the end of the day. Tonight the kids have church and we are probably going to go out to eat Also, I don't know if I mention it but my scale broke.. Probably to much weight on it And with the rain I don't think I will be walking today!
DRINK WATER LADIES!!
Deborah
OK what the heck is anti sementic mean? I keep hearing that about the movie and have no idea what it means. Deborah I am so sorry about that meeting coming up Friday. I can't belive that they are doing that to you. Have you learned any more about what it is about? I guess if I was you I would call in sick when the kids were home all day. I didn't think that you were attacking me by the way. I had asked a question of Dana and I am glad that you added to it.
I have a funny story to tell. My friend Stacy watches her nieces and nephews all the time. Their Mom is really sick so Stacy has the kids the last few weeks. Last night the 4 year old wiped poop on the 9 year old and he in turn went and peed on the 3 year old. Stacy is just the Aunt remember and has no kids of her own. I was laughing when she told me that and said that her family was just as crazy as mine! She said yeah she lives in a 3 ring circus now!
Daphne
I have some news to share both good (or rather very exciting) and one not so good. First the good: You know our area doesn't never get any snow and i have really been praying for a good snow. We have a 77% chance of it to start at midnight and be heavy and not stop until mid morning friday. Accumilations of 6 to 10 inches or more and the weather man said he was being "conservative" with those amounts right now but said it was going to be a huge event and we're under a warning now.
The bad news: the blazer is in the shop again and when it was towed the guy pulled the oil dip stick out and it had gas mixed in the oil. I don't know what kinda of money we're looking at there but they have it now and don't know how long which means DH will have to drive my beloved little car tomorrow and she doesn't like winter weather. (I pamper that car).
Deb I admire what you know about the bible. Thank you for sharing that and refreshing my mind on things but that was basically what I was trying to tell daphne was the backgrounds of his parents. I'm excited to see that movie but the theater here is sold out for days and it doesn't even get in our city until friday. I am mad with you on that so called meeting that they have scheduled for you. They really have no reason for it & I can't wait to hear what they tell you either. Be bold girl and it will work out I"m sure. You have to put your kids first so I agree with what you had to do.
Daphne I don't know what the catalogs sell for but it's not $10. Mine were 8 for $40 so they would run $5 with no commission on them but I am willing to GIVE you one if you think you might would want some things during this year especially. I will have to find an envelope or something large enough for it cause it's about a 12 x 12 and has 216 pages and it's spiral bound. It's really nice and I"m hoping in about a month to order some papers or something . I do like the ink pads though and I have 3 of their stamps that I"ve used already and a set of about 20 incentive stamps that you give to hostesses but I don't know if I"ll ever get that far. I really love the eyelets too and they aren't hard at all to use.
Deb the eyelets are very similar to what's on your tennis shoes that the strings go through but these are more colorful and can come in different shapes like flowers or hearts and you put them through your paper on cards.
Daphne I would imagine your eyes are very similar to Laken's. Hers actually were detached because of the scar tissue that laser surgery left. Then when they try to smooth them back out and get them to lie flat on the back of the eye, they are like trying to smooth out cheap saran wrap. It's nearly impossible. I've often thought of the whole vision situation and while Laken's doesn't know any better, I think I would rather lose my vision later in life. Especially if it's only 1 eye or at least 1 at a time because you have had a chance to absorb your environment. You know what colors are and although you have to learn braille eventually, you can also write in print being that you know what it looks like. I hope I haven't stepped on your toes but vision loss is something I deal with everyday with laken and I pray it doesn't happen to you but if anyone were to lose it as an adult, you can still live a normal life. You can have a computer that types what you write and calculators that talk and so forth. I hope I didn't make things worse for you by any means.
Gayle did you read, we're suppose to finally get some SNOW! I will certainly be sharing pictures when we do. How is your back doing? Did you fight the crowd to see the Passion today or are you at least planning on seeing it? I saw the "Making of The Passion" lastnight on PAX and it was real interesting. It takes a lot away from the movie though such as the "fake" blood which we all really knew about anyway.
Well I"d better post this before I lose it. I'm just really excited about what may happen later tonight and I'm talking about the weather!
By the way, did yall see Idol lastnight? I pray that last girl goes through cause I have NEVER heard anything like that before. She gave me chills!
I only have a minute to post, 'cause I have "extrasizes" in 9 minutes, but, Dana, I wanted to let you know that I saw on the news this morn that you are getting snow and I wanted to let you know how happy I am for you!
I told mom that where we saw the most snow is where you live. Have fun in the snow!!!
I'll be back later. Mom has a dr's appt today and I'm on my way downstairs now to exercise. I got 2 five-pound weights yesterday. I've been using two-pounders, but it's not making me "burn", so I'm stepping up. Let you know later...if I can still type, that is!
Gayle...Yae! for your extrasize...LOL I am so proud of you lady for going down to work out. I am double proud of you for adding weight to your workout..."you go girl". I hope you had a great weekend! How is everything else going in your area?
Dana...Did you get your Snow?...I haven't seen the news all weekend so I didn't hear if you got any or not. I am really sorry to hear that the blazer is in the shop again. Have you heard what the problem is yet or how much it is going to cost to fix it? Thanks for telling me what eyelets are? I still have questions though. When you make eyelets do you have metal around the hole like the laces holes of shoes or is it just holes in the paper that you are cutting out? I am really facinated with the and envious of you and your talent for making cards. I wish I had the time and the motivation to do the same. Now that you have the stamping kit are you going to sell them? And if so, are you planning on having stamping parties or what? I wish you the best of luck on this new endeavor.
Daphne...That was a really funny story. Kids do some crazy things...lol I hope your weekend went well. How are your kids doing? When will you find out if Jason has the job in town? As for Anti-seminism---It is just plain old racism against Jewish people. I guess that in the film, the Jewish rabbis denouce Christ and turn him over to be executed.
You know before the film came out I really wanted to see it, but now with all the critics saying that it is really bad (They are even calling it a "snuff film") and the fact that it has a 10 minute flogging scene, I don't think it is something that I want to spend money on or sit through.
As for work, I had my meeting on Friday. I went in to the meeting with a 4 page rebuttle of the acusation. There were 4 thing that they were not happy with my preformance on...1) puntuality 2) Money in an account for postage 3) My authorization of work on our phone systems 4) Overspending for office supplies. Once we got in the meeting Marcia (COO) did most of the talking and "heaped" mounds of praise on me (she was full of it too...sh!t) and said that because I was in the union that is why they had to do an offical repremand of me. I think it was just that I had came with all my proof, that they were lying, they backed off. I don't know if the CFO knew that I keep a budget spreadsheet of all transaction I make for both my supply budget and the mail budget. (my repremand letter said I was jepordizing these budgets with my spending). But actually we are 8 months into our fiscal year and I have over 1/2 of my budget left in both accounts. I am doing exeptionally well, really. Anyway the meeting ended with me having 30 day probation for tardiness and my document will be added to my file with theirs and I can ask that they reword the disiplinary action. What I have decided to do, is to have Marcia put all her bullsh!t (praises) on paper to insert into my file as well. In the meantime ladies...they screwed up, they want me to take both my 2(15min) breaks and 1hour lunch. Plus they are giving me an extra 1/2hour to get my children. That is 2hours aday that I am going to use to take care of my personal business. I am going to spend the time, cleaning out my van, running errands, exercising, looking for a new job and shopping. I am no longer going to work my full 9 hours with maybe a 15 minute break that I usually take, when I go walking with a co-worker. If they want to hold me down to working 9-6 (they won't even think of changing my hours to help me...believe me I asked) I was hoping that I could work 8:30 to 5pm like most of the other staff. So screw them...I am going to look for another job while I am on my breaks...lol
Yesterday, the sisters came over and I made a brunch for us all. Then we cleaned the livingroom and dinning room together. After they left, I caught a nap and then the kids and I went grocery shopping. Today the kids and I went to church. I made pot roast in the crockpot for dinner and now they are watching "Willy Wonka". But it is almost 9:30 and I need to clean up from dinner, pack lunch and get ready to start my work week tomorrow (Got to be there on time )
As for my weight, I am have fallen off the wagon once again, but tomorrow is a new day and a new chance to get back on...I am going to try to exercise in the morning
I hope you all are having a peaceful day. I don't know how much I can post at work since I will be taking so many breaks (away from my computer) but I will try. Take care ladies

Deb it's great to hear from you and over-all I guess the meeting turned out ok. At least you are still employed while you "look for another job". Don't jeopordize your current job while posting to us. You can just post as you can when you're home and we will certainly understand. And you're right, today is a new week. I still haven't seen the movie but I still want too. I just don't know how considering it doesn't start until 1:50 in the afternoon here and with it being so long, the kids are out before it's over and I don't want to take them. Of course, I'm not going alone and I really don't want to see it unless kevin can go. Our church bought out the theatre lastnight of 150 tickets but the tickets were given to baseball teams at highschools and colleges so our church didn't get in on that but that's what the preacher would have rather seen anyway. People who may not see it otherwise, got in free courtesy of the church.
I have been doing my pilates most ever day now. Out of 18 days I've done the 20 minute workout 13 days and 40 minutes of the accelerated DVD one time. That thing lasts about an hour and I did as much as I could tolerate on saturday and I have muscles hurting now that I didn't know existed. I still haven't seen a loss though. I actually gained a pound last week but I have yet to change my signature to reflect that.
Deb the eyelets do have the medal look around the paper although they are colored. I will have to send you a card to see but keep in mind, I have only been at that a couple weeks and I"m learning more as I do them. As for doing parties and what not, I would like to but don't know of anyone around here just yet. If I don't get $300 in sales per quarter then you fall to what they call "Jr. consultant" and it only means you can't recruit which I don't have much desire to do, and you would only get 10% commission on sales if you go that route. I may attempt to keep my status this first quarter because I actually get a few more days added due to sigining up late in the first quarter. There are some ink pads and embossing powders I would like to get for myself anyway.
They towed in the blazer on wednesday and we hadn't heard anything until he called them this morning. They still haven't gotten it cranked. They said they put in a new distributor on saturday and worked on it until 10 pm to no avail. The guys who towed it in (aren't the same people working on it) said it had gas in the oil line. Well that would make sense to me. Anytime kevin filled it up, it sorta "showed" out. That guy who towed it told him that if you didn't fill it up, the gas wouldn't spill over and that there was something they could put in there to fix that. When I asked kevin if he asked about that, he said no. I think the people who towed it know more of what may actually be the problem. They told him to call back later.
Brett has dr's app't tomorrow with his diabetic dr. which is 1 1/2 hour drive. DH has to work tomorrow and wednesday so it would be nice to have the blazer running today. We did get our snow last thursday but our county and the one next to us only got 1 to 3 inches. The county next to them (one we go to tomorrow) got 6 to 8 inches. We were predicted to be in the heavy bands but it just missed us. it was beautiful and kept kids out of school that one day but they were on a 2 hour delay on friday and it was all gone by friday afternoon. It got up in the 50's that day and we're predicted in the high 60's all this week.
Well I need to post this before I lose it. Kevin is gone to empty garbage and drop of some refills. Oh BTW, my digital camera isn't working. I got it back in 2001 and it's a HP camera. It was like $150 or so back then and now it does everything but it won't save the picture to the card. Anyway, I won an auction on ebay friday for one that was used. I haven't had a problem getting used things that doesn't work but without a digital camera, I can't put anything on ebay so hope that it will work and get me back on track with that. Have a good monday everyone.
I got to see the movie yesterday. I would recomend it to all of you. It may not be totally accurate but what got to me was how that actor playing Jesus was able to get his *pain* through to you. When he was on the cross *Father forgive them* it was gut wrenching to see. The flogging sceen was hard to watch but I am sure that it was close to what he went through. The pain that his Mother Mary shown in her eyes was real to me. It will make you cry and hurt inside. I will buy it when it comes out. Having to read the subtitles was hard at first then it became seciond nature to me. Watching *Jesus* as he looked at Judas after he was caught gave me chills. Peter after having denied Jesus 3 times was a great sceen for feelings. Who ever it was that played Jesus was an amazing actor. He played the roll with great compassion. Find the time and go see it. Do not take kids at all. Bring kleenex and be ready to cry.
Daphne
Hi girls. I only have a minute to post. I'm so sore from being too busy and not resting my back enough. I've been on the computer doing the newsletter for 30 some hours this last 2 to 3 weeks. Then all the running around I've been doing for mom and TRYING to clean a little has wrecked my back.
The newsletter is coming out this afternoon. Kathy had trouble last Fri with the printer and couldn't get all 9 pages printed on Fri and has to finish it up today. Then they have to be colated and stappled and delivered. I won't start the new one for a week or so. As I get better, I'll be able to do it quicker.
Anyway, I need to get off soon, but wanted to answer you.
Deborah, I'm glad the meeting went relatively well. They are full of --it! It is ignorant of them not to let you change your work hours! You're doing an excellent job and don't let them make you believe anything different. And you take every second they let you have!! If they don't know what they have, let them suffer, not you! And absolutely use their time to get another job! It'll serve them right. And as for "the" movie...I definitely want to see it. I want it to shock me into realizing the horror that He actually went through for ME! I read a review that we've been seeing and hearing the "sanitized" version for years and this will show me what actually happened, and I totally agree with that.
Dana, I'm soooo sorry that you didin't get your snow! Have you said in the past that you are sheltered by the mountains? I was so hoping you were out there making snowmen and snowforts!!! Sorry about the blazer again! Cars are such a pain in the butt! You will start seeing results with your pilates I'm sure. You are being so faithful! I look up to you. Keep up the good work.
Daphne, I'm glad you were moved by the Passion. I'm going to try to see it this week. Mom and I can go anytime, so the matinees will be less crowded and the price will be cheaper.
I must go and try to get through at least my email box.
I will catch up on any posts in a few minutes but wanted to tell yall something that happened really crazy here over the last 2 hours. DH noticed someone coming on our porch and it was a sheriff. He wanted the description of our neighbor. After we told him he said that he was wanted in a very bad hit and run accident. There were 4 cop cars over there with the blue lights on and it was nearly dark which made it all really nervous to me. I'm still shaky.
They towed a truck that was over there that was seen in the accident but what we never could tell the cops was that truck didn't belong to the guy they were looking for and we don't know who's truck that was. Anyway, we could see the cops searching under the home and eventually they came through one end of the trailor and walked all the way through with flashlights. They didn't find anyone. Well about 30 minutes after they left, the guy they were looking for came home just about a 10 second visit and he drove off. It's all really crazy but was certainly eventful. I am afraid something may happen after we go to bed.
