Krystal, I am with you. My body seems to be perfectly happy around 147-148 -- I hope your toe issue will get better soon!!

Star how is the newest addition to your family doing? did you tell us what kind? ~ Sorry my head is not engaging today....

Jo I am crampy as well, as if TOM is here.

I did a pretty good fast today. I just need to find my mojo back. I think I will do a sushi lunch with the girls sometime this week. Need a little reinforcement I just realized TOMORROW is the tax day ~ I had to write a check that had 5 **FIVE** numbers on it to uncle Sam. So I am just feeling blue all over. I knew we had underpaid a bit, just makes me sad how much I worked last year, and I feel we got to keep very little of it. This year I am not working....

Well I will sign off before I will bring everyone down with my miserable attitude :

Krystal - We can tell, but it works in your benefit to know how to treat it Hopefully all the "nursing" of it will make it heal faster

Sum - The doggie is a Bichon Frise mix. The shelter thinks he is about 2 yrs old... honestly though, since he had the mercy grooming, he just looks like a wire-haired rat, He seems to be adjusting ok, has a freakish bond with DD 16. He has never been trained - leash trained, house trained, etc. However, other than poo accidents this morning in the pool room (he had not gone in 2 days, so we expected that), he has not been making accidents. We walk him when we take our other dog, and I have DD walk him around backyard. He seems to be taking to the leash, now have to train proper walking so he benefits from it - he is doing his business in backyard (our other dog refuses to go in backyard and only on walks, so won't argue).
Sounds like you have had a trying day. Hopefully the sushi lunch will be just what you need Renew your outlook a bit,, bring you up

No big workouts for me tonight. I took the fur boys out for a walk, then took Chico (the original fur boy) for a short run. Other than that, I had so many errands to run that time has not allowed for much else. Probably just as well since I am sooo sore from the other workouts - won't hurt to have a day for the muscles to recover before I go back at it Sleep well all!!!

Morning

I went to bed early. I watched my new fav show called "smash". I think I told you all that I was a ballerina and went to a theatrtical high school? Any case I love the show from all the dancing and singing aspect. Funny thing happened yesterday, dance related, I was asked to teach again. I would not feel comfortable, considering I look like a and I would be teaching leggy and lanky gorgeous things. I feel I would not look professional. BUT, maybe I should shoot for this fall, it would give me a goal and something to do.

Seriously? You cannot put off your dreams because you are not yet in your dream body! They have all kinds of gorgeous flowy tops you could wear over your leo/tights, plus, what age are these students???? Of course they are leggy and lanky gorgeous things. I say go for it, plus it is another workout for you AND a good distraction when the kids and DH are away doing their own things! I am holding you to at least doing it in the fall, no matter where we are in our weight loss okay?

Hmm, I seem to be just as miserable this morning as yesterday. TOM is definitely knocking on my door, but according to my app, I still have 8 days! That just cannot be true. I think it is 6 at the most, more likely 5?

I am just muddling through right now. I don't feel like counting, logging, planning or even thinking about weight loss right now. I think I have hit the "I am sick of it" stage again. Could be PMS or I could just be sick of it all again.

I think I need to focus on catching up on some sleep and go from there. I also need to find some different foods to eat, maybe switch everything up again. double ugh.

Hehe...Jo...love you!
I can teach any age and level group. I personally love teaching younger ones, but the soon to be next possible star kids work so hard and I love teaching them as well. Or I could teach moms! Ballet is a tough "sport", I could help some moms to get back in shape. If I were to teach higer level kids, that were to mean a lot of out of town competition trips during weekends, and as of now that is not an option for me.

I will definitely think about it.

Jo I feel the same....you put it well....sick of it! But....we all have each other and we will get past this! I want to quit, but I won't and you won't either!

I actually had NSV this am. My scale is stuck at 148. I was in my bathroom and looked at myself and I looked quite slim in my mid section....so I took measurements. My waist is down an inch to 31. My belly, which I hate, is down to 36 from 37 1/2 ( I measure around belly button) and my hips were 39 from 39.5. I measured myself April 5th.

So we will just keep on working!

I am up early this morning to schedule an appointment to have this toenail surgically removed. There are many medical things I can solve at home. However, this is NOT one of them.
I didn't even clip my toenail for crying out loud

Gracious! I hope not!
I watched a Uvid on it last night from The Nashville Foot and Ankle Specialist.
We have a Mid-South Foot and Ankle Specialist in the city (which is who I intend to call for an appointment).
The procedure looked pretty simple, but the Lidocaine injection looked pretty painful.
My ER nursing school friend/co-worker/running mate suggested I go ASAP.
For some reason, I always think she is smarter than me!

Thats great!
I don't think I will measure this month, I had such good losses in measurements last month, I think this would be a downer. You will see it on the scale next, that's how it progresses for me.

Krystal I had one removed. The injection wasn't too bad, my issue was the healing time. Open toed shoes and such - I was working in a place, at the time, that didn't allow that, so missed a couple days of work. It does feel a TON better once healed though!

Sum - I sooo think you should do that this fall. How awesome would it be to be doing what you love???? Sorry to quote Nike... but... JUST DO IT! :P
