Morning Girls ...well FINALLY I got on the scale this morning and the two pounds I was up Saturday from my cheat day are gone...so back to 226...which puts me in a MUCH better mood, you can imagine :) Now if I can only get off at least one more so I will show a loss for the week I will be extra happy :D

Dee - Just hearing you talk about dh makes me think I whine too much and that I could have it A LOT harder ...so thank for sharing. I think it is so cool that you do some cooking and catering for a living...dh loves to cook, he is great at it, so he has always wanted us to open our own resturant but we have never been in a position to do that, but who knows what the future will bring. And thanks for the St Patricks Day reminder...I gotta go home tonight and get out my green nail polish !!

Dreamer - Welcome !!! Happy to have you ...we are all just working towards Onederland so hop on and join us !!! And good luck ...your numbers show you have done a GREAT job so far !

Hi to everyone else !! Hope you are having a good week ...Happy Hump Day !!!

Carri

SMSDREAMER2007 03-14-2012 12:27 PM

Thanks for the welcome satine! Glad to be back at 3fc. It's been a while. I think now that I have the motivation again (and now that I have the support of a boyfriend, he is working on losing weight too...has lost 20 lbs since we started dating 2 mos ago!) I can finally get outta these 240's that have plagued me for soooo long and get to goal!

miniDoodles 03-14-2012 03:00 PM

:luck2you: Welcome Dreamer, let us know how we can help u here.

Susie, where r you? Over-work & you'll b stressed & get sick, a crummy way to lose weight. Your sisters r waiting to hear from you

Carri...you don't whine, You r a Winner :cheer3: I Knew you'd get that 1# off this week :cheer: It's so cool that your DH loves to cook :p I don't know about your town, but have u ever thought about buying a food-truck & cooking/selling from it? They r a big hit in big cities & college towns & @ factories.

My hamstring is better, but my DH won't get my bicycle out for me, it's hanging from the polebarn ceiling it's 65* :sunny: & I need my bike ride, even a 10mile ride would satisfy me today.

Dee

Hope to hear from you soon....Liz, Mel, Arabella, Mandy

SMSDREAMER2007 03-14-2012 05:54 PM

Thanks Dee!

MyChoice2bfit 03-14-2012 07:32 PM

Hello!

Dee called it; I have been sick! I woke up sick Sunday morning with some lower GI issues and aches. I was able to take care of the lower GI issues with the meds to stop that but my body was still achy. I slept most of Sunday. I hear it was beautiful outside for most of the country that day.

Monday I went back to work, pretty draggy, and then worked late on Tuesday but tonight I left on time and I am here.

And it is still beautiful outside! The sun and warm air make me feel good. It's not to hot yet.

My new work location is just beautiful this time of year and I found a group of gals who walk on their lunch hour; I'm joining them next week. If it's nice they walk outside and if not, there is a "trail" through the buildings that can be used for that purpose.

Dee: You have no idea how I wish you lived close to me. I would't make you rich but you would have extra income from me. As you know I'm loosing my chef in June and I'm always looking for a seamstress for repairs and hemming.

Carri: Glad that "free" day weight is gone, hope you will show a loss when you weigh-in.

Dreamer: So good to have you with us. Your ticker is inspiring to me; glad to have you on board! This is a great group and you will love it hear.

Mandy: Are you lurking? Come post..tell us what is going on. I find that reading everyone's posts helps me; even if they are struggling, it shows me how to get through it when that is what I am doing.

Satine 03-15-2012 10:29 AM

Morning Girls ....

Dee - Yes, the first thing he and I thought of was a good truck...we would love to do that ...but like I said, we will just see ...there is this taco truck that moves around Indy daily and it is SO popular, people join their page on facebook just to know where they are that day...I think that would be so much fun...margarita is my all time favorite drink ( on the rocks only , extra salt ) so have one for me !!

Susie - glad you are feeling better ...I know it sucks to be sick when it is so beautiful out ...high 70's and low 80's in March ...what a freak show of a Winter, haha

Hope you all have a great day !! We are having a pitch in here at work today so I need strong discipline vibes sent my way to only have a little , haha

See ya

Carri

SMSDREAMER2007 03-15-2012 05:47 PM

2befit- Thanks for the welcome! I'm flattered my ticker inspires you, you will get here too, It is a long road ahead but weeellll worth it TRUST ME! Now no more sickness for you! ;) You need to be healthy so you can get to goal!

Satine- Here is some willpower dust for ya, you can do it! :dust: :dust:

Not much goin on here today. Ballroom dance final went well. No more ballroom dance class which means I need to find a new exercise :( Loved taking that class...le sigh. Other than that a bit stressed over my math final (YIKES!) but I have time to study for that before next thursday (Whew) Kinda dreary here and I ended up in a dress in pouring down rain (not so fun) Thank goodness I thought to bring a change of clothes for after my final LOL Have fun ya'll Gotta get ready for my orientation tonight!

konfyoozed 03-16-2012 01:14 AM

you caught me lurking!....

actually i was just really busy today with the mountain of laundry i kept putting off (my least favorite chore... folding laundry)! i think my sinus infection is slowly going away (thank you vitamin C - i don't like taking antibiotics if i can avoid it) though it did give me a bad enough headache that i only got to take a slow walk -and skip the strength training- tonight. :(

oh well, i did something and that makes me happy. also TOM is on the way out so he will stop having his way with my calories! rar! i stayed under today though, so yay! the last couple days were rough though with the sinus infection and TOM kicking my butt and making me resort to the behavior of a 3 year old. i didn't want to eat at all, all day, until about 5 or 6pm, and then i would stuff my face for 6 hours straight. then wonder why my stomach hurt. my husband was ready to stay with the neighbors, but bless him for being a wonderful nurse to my whiny butt. :P

MyChoice2bfit 03-16-2012 09:19 AM

Good morning. We just had a wonderful thudershower here. It was relaxing to hear that rain. It's now over and I can see sunshine coming.

I am happy to report a 1.5 lb loss at TOPS last night. So I got that 1.5 off that I gained in the past 2 weeks and I'm back at my ticker weight again. Now to move that number down!

Carri: how did you do with the "pitch in"..is that like a carry-in? I really hate when they have those at work..it's hard to control but I know you are strong and I bet you did stay in control!

Dreamer: I took some ballroom dancing classes last year and I loved it! My DH didn't so we stopped but we can now do a few dances at weddings and such. It really is good exercise. Have you every tried Zumba?

Mandy: Hope that headache is gone and great job on still going for a walk.

Ok..back to work for me. Have a great day!

Satine 03-16-2012 10:16 AM

Morning All ....so glad it is Friday ...we are going to the Black Keys concert tonight with some friends and dinner before ( will try and be good since I have to weigh in tomorrow ) ...so is gonna be a long and tiring night probably, but I am looking forward to it ...should be a good time, and then I can just relax all weekend if need be...although need to sweep my car out, its that time...

Susan - Congrats on the loss !!! :cb::hat::cp: You guys call them "carry in'", well yeah I guess it would be the same thing, everyone bringing in food to eat together...it went pretty well, I did end up having a cookie or two but didnt throw me way over calories...so I call it a win :D

Mandy - Hi, we have missed ya !! NO more lurking  haha

Dreamer - thanks for the will power dust, it must have worked.

Well I hope you all have a great day, have a good weekend and stay OP :jig:

See ya

Carri

Satine 03-16-2012 10:17 AM

As per usual, I will try and hop on tomorrow or Sunday with my weigh in number ...see ya

konfyoozed 03-16-2012 12:41 PM

but i like lurking :( it's all sneaky and makes me feel like a ninja! http://www.planetsmilies.com/smilies...racter0021.gif

anyway, today is friday and that means cookout. sigh. wish me luck on that!

SMSDREAMER2007 03-16-2012 01:33 PM

Mandy - Sorry bout the sinus infection feel better! glad the vitamin c is working for you and HEY folding laundry counts as exercise...and lifting the baskets of clothes is strength training right? hehe

Susie- I love it too, If my boyfriend wasn't so tired after work I'd try to rope him into doing some dance lessons ;) No, I have never tried zumba. I heard it's good. I think I want to wait till I am closer to goal before I do that so I don't feel like the fattest one in the crown (yes, I know I know I should do it anyway but finances and my schedule are also preventing it).

Carri- Your welcome for the dust ;) and I am soooo jealous. A concert?? I love concerts!!

its the middle of the end for me at school which means study study study for finals today! First I am gonna go to the goodwill and try to find a top to go with the CUUUUTTTEEE top I got for $2.50 last week though. I want to wear it when I meet my boyfriend at his work for lunch next week. then I have to finish 2 practice exams for my math final and a discussion for history plus two final papers. Wish me luck! (oh, I was gonna have fridays be my weigh in days but umm...I kinda went over on cals and WAAYYYY over on sodium yest :\ over on calls is ok cause I havent been able to eat more than about 1000 cal/day for the last like 4 or 5 days and I should be eating 1400! sodium just blah, If I go even 1 mg over 2000 mg of sodium I gain 5 lbs..Ugh.)

Have fun Ya'll!

Cassie

miniDoodles 03-17-2012 01:31 AM

Mandy u gotta get your hubby helping u on stuff u don't like doing...make it more fun for u :val2: give alittle...get alittle. Lurk, as long as you remember to drop-in & say hello

Carri u live in Indy right? It's gotta b a great town for concerts. I envy u tonight, we need a night out too.

Have a Fun weekend Everyone, Dee

Liz, Mel, Arabella, We miss you  please say 'Hello' if you r here reading today.

SMSDREAMER2007 03-17-2012 01:37 AM

Dee thanks for the tip. I don't add salt to my food PERIOD. the sodium I went over by was umm....*shirks away* eating out....My boyfriend decided he wanted subway and I didnt think until after that I could have gotten a 6" oven roasted chicken breast instead of the footlong buffalo chicken and stayed below my sodium AND calories LOL. my sodium comes from any sodium in the ingredients of what I am making (except I don't add any salt when a recipe calls for it). My boyfriend does like salt though so I will pass that tip on to him!

MyChoice2bfit 03-17-2012 10:31 AM

Good morning everyone.

I worked from home yesterday and got so much done, for work and at home.
I'm beginning some spring cleaning this weekend, really just going through some things and tossing.

Today I will take my snowman off the front porch and my pine wreath off the door and I will put up my butterflies, wind chimes and my spring wreath.

I also need to do some regular cleaning. Then it's a fun night out with my BFF, Genny. We are going out to dinner and seeing a local high school production of the musical "Oliver!". I'm looking forward to tonight.

Dee: I WANT those closes that you said you would design for me. Sounds so lovely. You are so talented. I think it would be amazing to have some of my clothes designed for me. It's hard to fnd a seamstress anymore for repairs and alterations must less designing.

How are things with you on the weight-loss? Thanks for the info on salt; I have cut it way down in the past few years but I do still salt my food before I eat it (I don't cook with it). I have been using sea salt but I am going to try the kosher salt. Thanks for the tip!

Casey: Good luck with those finals and don't do late night eating when studying! Did you find a cute shirt? I have a couple of friends who love going thrift shopping. I haven't really done any of it as I thought it would be hard to find things in plus sizes.

Mandy: How did the cookout go on Friday.

Carri: How was the concert?

Liz, Arabella, Mel and Auntie G: What all is keeping you so busy that we havent' "seen" you in ages!?!

miniDoodles 03-17-2012 01:45 PM

Whoa, another record breaking day :sunny::beach: We're going to the lake soon. DH is fishing & I'm cruising in my kayak, looking @ nature, maybe get some pics :df:

Cassie, umm I repeat 'we r happy that you r here w us' :smug: That u r doing sooo good w taking care of your bod, being a responsible owner of it :cheer3: I'm sorry, I messed-up w you & the sodium having a love-hate relationship, oops! My new fav @ Subway is getting the egg-white (less fat) steak & cheese breakfast muffins & topping them w all the veggies, the flavors r so delish I don't need a dressing; my dh always gets a footlong sub, he's 5'9" 174 pds so he eats everything in sight, no weight concerns...

Carri, did u get sloshed last night @ or 'after' the concert  How did your WI go? I don't do rims of salt w my Margarita's anymore, sorry, I cut my daily sodium in half. That's why I get the fruit flavor Margarita's now.

Mandy what's up :o the weather was 'perfect' last night for your cook-out. I wish I had a work-out buddy like you 2x a week, every winter; our friends just snowmobile.

Time to leave for the lake now, B safe, Dee :luck2you:

konfyoozed 03-17-2012 05:36 PM

i did pretty well at the cook out i think. a couple bites of this and that to fill my plate and try everything without snarfing down a huge pile of dessert.

doing well today too... yeah, i started my day out with cake :p but lunch was a ham/spinach/onion/pepper wrap (my new fav) with a side of carrots and a banana... dinner's gonna be lemon thyme chicken with some spag squash and maybe some potatoes roasted with garlic.

SMSDREAMER2007 03-18-2012 01:49 AM

Hey all. Left at 7:10 this AM to meet my boyfriend at the farmers market to buy him some good stuff (he is knew to the no-eating-processed-food thing, 33 and literally can't cook. i know i know, i'm working on it :D ), then we went to the store and finished his grocery shopping, after that it was on to the pet store to get his newfoundland some yummy orhganic food. Finally we got lunch at a chicken teriyaki place (I had sushi, the healthiest alternative!) and saw a movie (21 jump street is AWESOME BTW) then I went to ulta for a friend and picked up her lipstick. Got home at exactly 9 pm and just finished homework. I am EXHAUSTED and am heading to bed. I was completely on plan today :D balanced my two high days out nicely this week. Average is 1310 cals a day and my limit is 1440. Hopefully the scale loves me this week. I d love to see 243.3 or 242 but we shall see! right, off to bed for me. Just wanted to check in before I passed out will do personals when I get a chance (maybe not tomorrow, will be at old navy with a friend for part of the day and that old navy store is 2 hrs from me (yikes!)

Satine 03-18-2012 12:51 PM

Hi everyone. I had a GREAT time at the Black Keys concert ( Dee yes I am right near Indy ). And I was VERY good. And exercised a lot that night between walking and dancing. Haha. And I got up this morning and was down another 2 pds YAY !!!!! Down to 224 now. Onederland I am coming for ya !!!!

konfyoozed 03-18-2012 03:20 PM

one of my former coworkers' band is playing the pre-party for the black keys' concert in norfolk va on friday. i'm so proud of them :D

Satine 03-19-2012 10:17 AM

Mandy - that is pretty cool ....The Black Keys put on a great show, it was a very cool night out

Satine 03-19-2012 10:21 AM

Morning Girls ....Hope all is well with all of you ...we had a beautiful weekend weather wise ...I didn't make it out of the house on Saturday after my night out Friday for the concert ...funny ten years ago I would have been just fine, but now at 38 I am down for the count the next day, haha ...sad huh? lol
But me and dh had a great weekend, only problem is I usually do my grocery shopping on Sunday and didnt so now we don't have food in the house and I work until 6 or after all this week so am not gonna feel like going...dh is gonna be working late too so I guess we will see which one of us can make it to the store soon.

Other than that not much going on ...I am very excited that i am down to 224, but won't feel like I am making real progress until I get into the 2 teen numbers....because then I know the single digits ( and the count down ) are very within reach ...cant wait to see that 199 again !!!!!

Have a great day all !!!

Carri

miniDoodles 03-19-2012 02:15 PM

Carri :cheer: on your Discipline w your 2 months of Losses & being sooo good @ the concert.

Mandy & Cassie :chef: great going w your healthy weekend :smug:

Today is 78*, in March :dizzy: Umm I can't believe I'm in Michigan. Tonight I'll start making me fruit slushies, while my dh Teases me w his hot-fudge-brownie ice cream sundae's, etc. @ night :p Why can't ice cream be healthy like veggies r, it's so unfair. I have a box of Edy's fruit pops for my emergency back-up :frypan:

Dancing W T Stars starts tonight :yay:

SMSDREAMER2007 03-19-2012 09:47 PM

Carri - Glad you had fun! Congrats on the 2 lb drop!

Dee- 78 you tease! It's in the 40's here....we're even getting snow! ugh. Snow in march???? Since when??? LOL

TOM came finally (about 2 weeks late grr)....I guess I was holding water cause I dropped 2 lbs today...241.8 WOOHOOO I am sooooo ready to be out of the 240's ugh. 6months of a 24 something is annoying! Not much else going on. Finals week this week and boyfriend and I are looking at apartments to move in to next month (We're both sooooo tired of the places we are living now) Umm...not much else to say. Should go change the laundry over though LOL huugs ya'll!

Satine 03-20-2012 10:53 AM

Morning everyone...all going well here ...just had my breakfast of a low cal english muffin and peanut butter...now pushing my water to keep my full until lunch three hours from now :) The weather has been absolutely beautiful here lately .....oh and .............

Happy Spring !!!! :flow1::sunny: Today is the official first day of Spring

Dee - I was looking at Michigan info the other day because I hate that in the time zone we are in that it doesnt get dark until 9:50pm or later in mid Summer and it was showing the same for Michigan ...but I guess you are probably used to it...we just started DST about 5 years ago...we are going to be in the low 80's for a temp today, they said on the news we might set a record for March ...it is odd...feels like we skipped over Spring and went straight to Summer.

Dreamer - where do you live that you are getting snow? That sounds awesome to me since I love cooler temps and we had a joke of a Winter this year, stayed really warm and hardly any snow, which is very unusual for Indiana....congrats on your loss :carrot:

Hi Susie, Arabella, Mel, Liz, and Auntie G

Have a great OP day everyone !!!!

Carri

SMSDREAMER2007 03-20-2012 11:58 AM

Carri- I live in Portland, OR This is VERY unusual for us. its usually about 55-65 right now.

konfyoozed 03-20-2012 02:54 PM

i'm in columbia SC... and yesterday it got up to 87 degrees. today it's mid 80s and will be for the rest of the week! the pollen is intolerably high too. so it's hot and sneezy outside which means i stay inside. luckily we have a lovely air conditioned gym room walking distance and i can still workout. yay!

heart rate monitor is on it's way, DVD and lifting gloves will be here later in the week, looking forward to the ab roller being back in stock. time to get buff!

konfyoozed 03-20-2012 08:00 PM

you'd think with all the working out i do, i'd lose some weight. but it's being stubborn! (also, my typical online alias is Xenia - for Xenia Onatopp in goldeneye - she was one tough sexy cookie! even though she was a bad guy)

miniDoodles 03-20-2012 08:12 PM

Mandy ;) your work-out plans r inspiring, maybe we should start calling u Zena, or Buffy

Cassie :smug: I'll take your cool spring, when the pollen-count is low & I don't get 'allergy headaches/migraines'. I luv fresh picked spring 'morell mushrooms' saute'd in butter :p

The Voice was on last night @ the same time as D.wtStars :( I put the pic on pic on & kept flipping channels back & forth. OMG the dancing was:woohoo:for their 1st night.

Susan, Mel, Liz & Arabella,...We're waiting for you, come back ASAP :easter::easter2:[/COLOR]

SMSDREAMER2007 03-20-2012 09:42 PM

Dee...I wish it was like that no fresh nothing here .Our trees aren't even budding yet..it still looks like winter :\

MyChoice2bfit 03-20-2012 11:07 PM

Ok. I just read all the posts and you gals are rockin' it! It inspires me.
I am doing well with my food but had Mexican yesterday and Chinese today (sitll in my calorie range) and I can tell the salt in the food is making me retain water. Time for fresh veggies, protein, and frush fruit.

I won't have a weigh-in this week as I will miss my TOPS meeting due to a event I am attending with a friend of mine on Thursday--it's the Pantene Beautiful Locks donation. I work for P&G and a friend of mine is donating her hair to this program. They are doing a whole event around those who are donating today, so I'm taking a vacation day with my friend and we will be doing that in the afternoon (starts at 2:30 and goes until 5:30), the downtown offices are 60 min from my hometown so I won't make it to TOPS which meets at 6;00. Also my cousins are coming for dinner that night; they are visiting from DC and CA.

Had a great time with my friend on Saturday night. We enjoyed the play and stopped in for a St. Patty's day drink afterwards at a local tavern. I had one green long island ice tea--I know my limit! Like Carri it doesn't take much to put my down for the count the next day!

Carri: Sounds like you had a great time at the concert and you are doing great with the weight-loss keep it up!
We are enjoying the same beautiful weather that you are having and I LOVE it.

Dee: It's good to shake up your plan every once in awhile so I think it's a good thing to do WW. As you know you can use any eating plan TOPS that you choose to use. They say that decision is betweeen you and your physician.

I am watching Dancing with the Stars as well..there sure is a lot of "eye candy" on that show this time! ;)

Mandy: Keep up those workouts..you will see the weight drop soon.

Dreamer (is it Cassie?) keep up the good work..we will try to send you some of our spring and sunshine!

Ok..need to get to bed. 5:00 a.m. comes EARLY!

konfyoozed 03-21-2012 12:27 AM

i'm really confused as to how my post got posted BEFORE dee's when i was obviously responding to her. message board quirks. who knew?

miniDoodles 03-21-2012 06:51 AM

Susie  happy to see your OK & back. Your career seems fab & I use all the P&G products & I love Pantene for my long hair. What a fun vaca day you'll have w your friends & cousins :cool

Satine 03-21-2012 11:01 AM

Morning Girls…lot going on around here, I like the activity !

I had to DVR The Voice and haven’t caught up on it yet since I watched Biggest Loser last night….I was SO glad that Kim didn’t get in the bottom two….she showed them what was what, haha

Dee – I did WW one year back about 7 years ago and lost 48 pds, so I know the program works if you stick with it …congrats on joining and good luck !!! I also have bad seasonal allergies so I feel ya on those…warm weather always brings them on, so does yard work and yard mowing…ughhhh, but I guess it is a trade off for the warm weather…No, I have never been to the Indy 500 ( which I know if probably hard to believe ), dh has been to several of them…but it is usually so hot then and me and hot weather don’t mix so I normally watch from inside my air conditioned home.

Susie – I didn’t know you worked for P&G …I love their coupon insert packets…my dh has to take daily Prilosec and they always have a 2.00 off coupon that I use. Glad you had a good time Saturday night, I love Long Island Iced Teas …but they do get to me easily, haha

Dreamer – I love Winter, and we really didn’t have one this year ( very odd ) so I am kind of jealous of your cooler weather …but I guess I better be quiet because another Winter will be here before I know it.

Mandy – yes we are having the same warm weather, so odd for March …I hope this doesn’t mean our Summers are going to be unbearable. Thank God you have an air conditioned gym huh?

Well I better get back to work, and just remembered I haven’t had my breakfast yet and getting kind of hungry ( its 10:36 here now ), so getting kind of late for it. You gals have a great day.

Carri

konfyoozed 03-22-2012 01:28 AM

holy calorie burn!

965 calories during my workout tonight! according to my new fancy heart rate monitor.... i started it up when we walked out the door to leave, and stopped it while my husband was unlocking the front door. so the 965 calories includes the warm up walk to the gym, the stretching while trying to find something to watch, 35 mins on the elliptical, a brief walk around and stretch session as a cool down and prep for strength training, 3 sets of 12 on the all in one gym doing 8 different exercises, another brief walk around cool down, then the walk back to the apartment.

but almost 1000 calories burned in just under 2 hours! this could be why i'm not losing any weight. i figured maybe 500, if that, and was eating accordingly. my body is probably hoarding! i will not complain about eating more!

Satine 03-22-2012 10:40 AM

Morning Girls, just a quick pop in, busy today ....

Mandy - wow that is a lot of cals burned...you do probably need to step up your eating amount some...wow, that would be a great problem to have

Hope everyone else is doing well ...we have a friend in from FL who is coming over tonight to hang and eat ...gotta clean the house up some on my lunch hour, only time I can fit it in , haha

See ya

Carri

MyChoice2bfit 03-22-2012 10:46 AM

Hi Everyone. I agree with Carri, lots of activity here and I love it!

I had a slip up last night. I was starved when I got home from work and so I got into DH's stash of chocolate (he hides it from me at my request but when I feel like I have to have it, I'm like a drug addict looking for a fix!) So, I found it and had 3 Reese Eggs and a coke!

I feel horrible today...physcially and emotionally. Oh and mean...sugar makes me mean and grumpy. So today will be detox for me.

I know that today is a new day and I'm glad to feel like that but you know, for the first time I'm MAD  at myself and I think its a good thing. Sometimes I'm too easy on myself. I was telling my DH that if I did this with alcohol or drugs people would be telling me that I'm robbing my life and throwing away my future...well, you know what? I'm doing that when I make those choices with food!

It's high time I had a heart to heart talk with myself..thanks for letting me do it hear.

Carri: I enjoyed The Biggest Loser this week; I couldn't believe that Kim had on a bikini and she looked good in it too!
I'm glad that you use and like the P&G products, especially the Prilosec one. In my last role at P&G I "worked" on the digestive wellness brands and Vicks. Prilosec is a good product and helps a lot of people.

Dee: Thanks for being a loyal P&G brands user! It keeps me employeed!
It's a great company to work for and I feel blessed to be there. What are you sewing today? Are you logging your WW points?

Have a great day everyone! Talk to you later
