Hey all,

Just checking in....

Jiggle- Great job. I know you will be hot in your dress.

Pretty- Good job with the detox.

Cake- You are my inspiration, I hope to run one day.

To everyone else keep up the good work.

My week has been crazy(school, tests, family) I can't seem to stay on track. My eating has been off and my exercise program has been off track. I miss the energy I had when I was exercising daily.

I'm not going to let a couple of bad days throw me off track. I will be fine in the time for my brother's wedding. I'm actually going to get off here now and try to do at least 30 minutes.

Have a great weekend all.

Hel Chick-a-dees. Weeeeell I am down a pound. But as I once told Dips....A pound is a pound. ANy weight lost is good. Sooo Yay ME. I was so proud of myself for skipping my weekly Restaurant nite with the other WW ladies because I knew we were having Bday party for my buddy at wrok. I mean there was no way I was going to make sausage balls and NTo partake! Yeah right!

Mytime -
Thank you. But check it out as long you keep checking in and keep trying to stay on track it will happen. Even if every morning you start on the good foot and by evening don't even have a foot eventually it will all click. THe main thing is doing what you are doing making an effort!

Dips - Hay Babes. I missed ya!

Pearls - Aw thanks. Yes a 5K is 3.1 miles. Sorry I didn't even log on last night. I was trying to cheer up the boy. He had a fiasco last nite so i was trying to help.

Well off to change my ticker. I better run today though. Cupcake, half a muffin for breakfst and some sausage balls. eemmmmm. I planned for it tho.

Cake GOOD JOB GIRL...once I figure out how to use the cute little smilies I will make my posts more interesting. I feel the same, a pound lost is better than a pound gained!!! Also, 1-2 pounds per week is healthy weight loss. Every now and then it's okay to have a bigger loss but the reality is that 1-2 pounds is what is recommended. The losses that is posted on biggest loser is not what we will be experiencing. So congratz and keep up the good work!!

This weekend is going to be VERY hard for me. Tomorrow I have to go to a class and they are offering lunch (probably nothing I can eat so I'll be packing my own!!) when I leave there I have to drive about 3.5 hours to Houston Texas for a surprise party for a friend of mine (will have to have fruit packed for the ride and lots of water). Her husband tells me that is nothing healthy served where he is having her party so I guess I will have to eat before I get there and sip on water while I'm there!! I'm praying that God will give me the strength to make it past all of that good smelling food at the party because I don't want to have to go get on the treadmill that late at night or exercise on Sunday morning before I return to Louisiana because I don't like exercising on Sunday!!
So please include me in your prayers this weekend if you don't mind because I'm really going to need it!

Hello mytime and Dips.. good to meet you girls!

Okay girls. I'm heading to Lafayette tonight and might get a chance to check in again this weekend. If Not, you girls have a great weekend!!!

Congratulations Brit!! 8 pounds is HUGE!! You are rockin it!

Pearls - I didn't really do much to prepare myself for P90X. I had already been working out for about 4 months before I first started it so that helped I'm sure. I just jumped right in and made sure I had the right equipment. It's tough and most videos I can't get through from start to finish, but that's a goal of mine I'm working on...to be able to complete them all...or become a P90X grad as he says on his videos. And I'm SURE you'll do fine at the party!! And if you slip up, just get your pump on a little bit harder the next time.

I have 2 weeks left in my last semester of school and I can't wait for it to be over. I'm cramming right now for a case note that's due on Wednesday so I may be ghost for a few days. TOM is here too and I'm so darn bloated. I was even up almost 2 pounds on the scale. Sheesh. But I'm still working it out and eating healthy.

Hey, Ladies!!!!

I know I've been MIA this week. I definitely had NOT been 100% on plan, but I'm back!

I did decide to take a break from my part-time job. It was taking over my life! Didn't have time to go to the gym and wasn't cooking or making my lunch for work since I was tired at night. I went to the gym yesterday, and I'm going back today. I did a 10 minute jog on the treadmill and then some intervals with varying speed and inclines. Then I did 5 minutes on the stairclimber thing. I HATE that machine, but I know that's only because I suck at it, so I'm making myself do more so my legs get stronger. My hips and thighs were burning yesterday! I'm definitely gonna be stepping the strength training game up too.

The scale is up a couple of pounds for me and I think it's partially the sodium from all the processed junk I've had. Anywho... I got some more healthy food, and I'm back in the game.

Cake:

Mytime: I totally understand life being crazy. Do the best you can.

Brit: Congrats on your big loss!!!

I'm way behind on the personals, but I hope ALL of you ladies are doing well and staying on plan. Happy Sunday!

BRIT - AWESOME Job!!!

Beaka - So I went to the goodwill yesterday and saw lots of cute stuff. I bought a pair of regular size 18 jeans. They actually fit better than the 18w jeans I had on. My husband had to get him some jeans too. I have to go alone next time.

Cake - A pound is a pound. That is how I look at my inches. A quarter or half inch will get me to the whole inch. I take it how I can get it.

I tried the "dress" on yesterday and to my surprise it was too big up top. It's looking good in the hips and belly area but I didn't realize it would look droopy at the top and ruin the sexy of the dress. Any suggestions? I've been so focused on it fitting at the bottom that it looks bad at the top. I may just have to get another dress that's just as cute. Unless I can come up with something that will make it look right up top. I can't sew, so that's not an option.

Just popping in to see how everyone's day is going. I got through the 30 Day Shred level 2 without quitting before it was finished. I was proud of myself. Just got in from my lunchtime workout and feeling pretty good. Gotta get it done!!

Hey Chicks!

I'm still keeping myself in check even though the TOM cravings get insane sometimes. I even stayed on schedule with my workouts. I did (or tried to do) and hour of a Cathe Friedrich step challenge. That lady is tough! I did what I could so I'm happy. Can't wait for TOM to leave so I can start seeing the scale go down again. So close to being under 200 again and this time I'm kissing them darn 200's goodbye for real!!

Matilda - Your goal of 10 pounds this month is very doable. Claim it!

Back to the study grind.....
