Yay, it's Friday!
We were planning on going to Wekiwa Springs tomorrow (last weekend dh had to work) but now his mom has called and asked him to come fix a bunch of stuff at her house so our trip may be postponed. I'm kinda bummed. But he has a 3 day weekend next week so maybe we'll go then. Today's plan: Run: Done, ran 5.37 miles Coffee, 1/2 bagel with faux sausage patty Black bean tostadas with veggies on top Orange Veg sushi for dinner -- yum!!!!!!!!! |
The scale is ticking me off! Despite being 100% on-plan and hitting the treadmill everyday, the dang thing is stuck. I'm still staying on-plan, but I am very frustrated.
Today is a 1500 calorie day Breakfast - scrambed egg, ww toast, Chocolate silk Snack - Tangelo and cheese stick Lunch - Lean Cuisine Snack - Yogurt Dinner - Chili Snack - Weight Watchers Double Fudge Cake. |

Speaking of vacations, I have 2 this year and I'm trying not to think that I am doomed :(. I'm having a hard time as is trying to lose this weight and I just don't want to gain and have to lose it all over again. As for Jillian's book we're currently reading it. Tomorrow, I'm going to brave running outside. I was thinking early morning so that the sun doesn't bother me. I might chicken out and go back to my treadmill. We'll see. Also there's the fam din din with MIL/SIL for mother's day. I never look forward to go out with them. Jo, sorry about the cancelled plans. Can the fixing things wait till next weekend? I would be bummed too. Jaime, I totally understand the frustration. Hang in there :hug: Rhonda, you've been doing so well past few weeks. Look how much you've achieved. You are working out regularly despite feeling no so good some days. That's a big hurray! Scales are mean and yes I've been frustrated too SO many times. But you got to keep at it. 186ish today... up a lb since my post-drinking weight yesterday but that's to be expected as I rehydrated. I'm still unsure as to why I am weighing myself daily. It's like a drug. An incredibly frustrating drug.
plan- B: strawberries, blueberries (1), yogurt (2), granola (3), honey (1) L: rice (2), dal (3), apple (1) D: tofu, spinach, and sesame stir-fry (5), wrap (1) =18/25 - too low, I'm stuck in the "eat as little as possible to lose" mindset and I need to get out of it. I'll add some kind of afternoon snack in there later. |
Blah. I don't even want to talk about the scale this morning. There was a midnight encounter with some cinnamon graham crackers and frosting. WTF was that about?
B - dry cereal L - tofurkey sandwich, veggies, hummus D - other people are having pizza. I think I'll make stirfry tonight for myself. E - Uhhhh does teaching the kitten where its litter box is at count? |
Morning ladies, I've not been very good this week but this always happens right before an exam. I'm going to be good today.
Breakfast - mock chicken salad from Earthfare - omg so glad I didn't get more it was freaking awesome Lunch - Leftover chinese and some rice Dinner - sigh, as always not sure, have stuff to make a pasta dish, we'll see if it happens. It's the veganized version of a casserole my mom used to make. I haven't tried it before so who knows how it'll end up. |
Hi chicks-
Last Sat. Mother broke hip, had surgical repair. Very busy week. Very little running. Very much care giving all the way around. Littlest guy has bronchitis. Still planning to do half marathon this Sunday. I figure there is no previous record to beat and I can only improve if I ever run another one. I am enjoying the love fest tho ;) |

Dinner has now been thrown off as well. I was planning on bringing home a pizza for the people but we ended up going to pick up the cat before we came back to the house. I didn't want to have to ride around with pizza for in the van for nearly 90 minutes. I probably should go check out the freezer and see what I can find them. |

Vegan Chicken Chili. I just had that for lunch instead of leftovers and om nom nom. They have several vegan dishes that I now plan on trying. Not very low cal but super filling which is okay with me. There's a store locater on the site, I saw 12 places in Florida, there may be hope! |
One place in MI and it is a bazillion miles away. *sigh*
