Monday Morning--

I did 31.5 minutes this morning on the TM. Struggling the entire time. Why did I stop doing it and now I have to build up my strength??? Wish I'd learn a valuable lesson now.

Hope the rest of you movers and shakers are doing well.

Congratulations ZANNE, DAISY, JACKK, BASHFUL and PANCHO!!!! You are moving and you are shaking and soon there will be LESS of you to shake!!!! Thanks for keeping me company on here. I must confess that I thought about not doing TM today, but knew you all would be checking up on me. So here I am.

Third day in a row. Today: 33 minutes on TM.

We are exercises . . . see us sweat . . . see us get into smaller sizes!!!!!

I got to the gym early this morning: Eliptical for 5 minutes, then worked my upper body on circuit & weights. I then did the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Thursday Morning---

Well, today I must say CONGRATULATIONS WOODFROG, JACKK, PANCHO, ZANNE & DAISEY!!!! You all are doing TERRIFIC. DAISEY, don't let me hear you poo-pooing a 1 mile walk. You are moving and that's what matters. Keep it up!!! I'm sure my half hours on the treadmill aren't much more than a mile. But it still helps.

Today: 32 minutes on the TM. Sweating buckets.

How many of us will be able to claim FIVE STRAIGHT DAYS of exercise tomorrow? I'm going to try my hardest to do it.

Take care.
