Default MONDAY

Did my 4.5 miles with 4.05 of it being jogging straigh in 46:39-times are getting slower as it is getting hotter

3 miles walk with Cleo and friends, then lower body workout at gym, after work. Hard to get moving today!

As I have said before....I do not like them Sam I am....
I do not like to exercise.

I have been doing it though. I did 35 min on TM, as I did yesterday. I have also been doing this thigh/hip machine for the past few nights. I also attempted to do some situps. A few I did...like 10-15. It is a start though.

I admire everyone who does this stuff everyday...and likes it!

Today I did very well...at least time wise. I actually did the TM (treamill) for 50 minutes! I have been striving for 30 minutes and just kept going. I was watching one of my favorite movies...KING PIN. Also at night I have been doing my hip/thigh machine and a few sit-ups. Trying to work my way up on those. First time I only did 5 , then I did 15, and last night I did 20. That is good for me.

Default Tuesday and Wednesday

Tuesday: did 1/2 hour high intensity intervals on bike. Nothing else. Felt weird not to lift.

Wednesday: did heavy arms and chest lifting session, then thought I'd pop in for a few minutes to the spinning class to see what it was like and ended up doing all 45 minutes of it. NOT a good way to cool down from a weight session, but I can still fell my legs burning.

Default WEDNESDAY

Despite the winds and rain I got out and did my 4.5 miles. No great times but was able to run almost the entire 4.5 miles straight! Only walked about .10-.20 of it.

Did my 4.5 miles in 47:47-times are getting slower daily-heat and humidity don't do me any good!!!

Did a back and shoulders heavy metal session, but boywas I tired and it certainly wasn't my best....next workout will be better.

I did great today did walk aerobic tape and completed 4 miles.

I have only started excerising about 6 weeks ago and Have not missed a day.

Ok, so I have this new "butt" machine, right. I got on it last night during the Agency and did my thing. The first few reps I was thinkin g..."This is too easy" then I got to about 7 and had a sudden change of heart. That machine really worked me good! I really felt it, so I think if I do it, I will see imporvement! It is sorta like doing leg presses, crunches and a few other things.

I have not walked......bad Kimmy....but will today.

Did Pilates on Tuesday--I just love that class!

Did a total body class (focuses on all muscle groups, using 3-8 lb weights for an hour) yesterday and will go again today at 10.

Getting behind here....
Friday- Heavy metal legs session. Hit 3 new personal bests, which just tells me I haven't been puching myself hard enough! Abs, too.

Saturday- cardio sprints on bike

Sunday- REST DAY!!!!
