Autumn,

Thanks for sharing your succes. I have been diagnosed with hypothryoidism and I have about as much total weight to lose as you do and I've been worried it will be almost impossible with a slow working metabolism!

What is your exercise routine?

Hi Kmg

It is possible but it is tougher. I walk briskly for about an hour and a half every day. I started out a year ago just maybe doing 20 minutes and eventually worked my way up.

Good Luck, it takes time but you will get there.

Hi I have pcos too and just wandered what plan you are on? i'm trying to devise my own because i havent had much success with others. Have you had success with yours?
