Another drop today to 207.2. This is how I typically lose weight. Usually the scale stays the same for somewhere between 4-7 days and then the scale drops for a few days.
So far the 210s are kicking my butt... I've been on a plateau for a couple weeks now and the scale just doesn't seem to move although I have a pretty hefty deficit everyday. Finally saw a 1 lb loss today so hopefully the scale starts to move more in the coming week!

I'm getting back on my food plan tomorrow. I have been off since March 17, 2016.

I am actually 230, hope that is okay. Need to get ou of 200's. Just looking for some support and for me to be accountable. My problem is I seem to get sick, as soon as I start dieting. So I figure with some support I can lose the weight.
I was hoping to reach Onderland by the end of the Year. But won't be able to lose 17.4 Lbs in a month. So I will settle for anything under 210, Good Luck, Everyone!
