Well- last night kind of sucked! New mini goal- after my healthy snack at around 9, nothing more!
My hiking boots are waiting for me and so is my kayak!
I'm going to kick that new added pound to the curb and another one with it!
I am just putting a quick message here to introduce myself since I weighed in at 218.6 this morning.
I started at 291.8 on New Year's Day (295 on Christmas Day) so I have lost a little over half my weight now, with a 73.2 pound loss I think. I have 58.6# to go to get to the doctor's recommended 160 for me now. I am looking forward to getting to the 100 pounds lost and onederland too in the next 2 months I hope! Good luck everyone.
