Hello!

The chowder came out good! It definitely satisfied the craving for a creamy hot bowl of deliciousness on a crisp fall day. I used cauliflower, chicken broth, half & half, garlic, thyme, parsley, onion. I did use bacon because the recipe called for it and while it was good (and I'm a big fan of bacon) I think I'll leave it out next time. It was super easy to make. You don't get the thickness but definitely the creaminess.

Hello Ladies Well all the recipes sound great. For Bacon Gemini I do turkey bacon. But not often. I am trying the weightless coffee mix I found. 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon (Ceylon), 1/2 cup honey, 2/4 cup coconut oil. Mix together and cover. Add 1-2 teaspoons to your coffee in the morning. it is actually pretty yummy. I tried them seperatly but not together before. Taking a pickle and turkey sammy for lunch today. the pickle is the bread. I add turkey, lettuce, mayo or mustard. Also have a shake today while I'm at work. Trying to stay away from those carbs.

I am at 217 now. Gained alittle back. But was bad had pizza and subway. I strayed. However we have set up the xbox360 in the living room and My nephews Fiance and I played like 3 hours last night. I was so worn out. Need to get eh rest of the equipment in the Living room but it will be our family workout /family room. Who can say no to a workout room with a fireplace

I've never thought to use the pickle like that davisag. I'll be trying that!
Your family/workout room sounds great. How exciting!

Gemini the parmesan drumsticks sound delicious! Just say no to the Halloween candy

My scale reads 202.6 this morning. That's a new low and 71 pounds gone. I almost have less to lose than I've lost so far. 72.6 pounds left until goal. (Which may or may not change depending on how I feel when I get closer)

Wow, Boopchick, you are one good woosh away from onederland and Gemini6 is close behind. Congrats on getting so close and hopes that this week will produce a nice loss for you both.

Davisa, the exercise room sounds fantastic! The coffee sounds great too. I've never but honey in coffee before.

Well my birthday didn't do the damage I expected and I made my October goal this morning (209.9, barely). Onederland is getting close for me too!

201.6 and 50% to goal. If only the second half would go as fast as the first half....but I know that's not going to happen.

Congrats on getting halfway to goal, boopchick! The weight loss may take longer from here on out but the results will be more dramatic.

I've lost 30 pounds so far and no one has noticed yet and I am still wearing the same clothes. If I remember correctly, all that changes once we're in onederland. We will start looking different and changing sizes.

Thanks tefrey & gemini. I couldn't have done it without the support I get here

It took quite a few pounds for other people to start noticing my loss and I did wear the same (stretchy) clothes for quite awhile into my weight loss. People started making comments when I lost 50+.

I will try to practice patience in the second half of my journey and will definitely be leaning on all of you for support and reality checks lol
