@VickieLou Good job getting back on track....I find that to be the hardest part about this entire journey...but the fact you keep getting back up and working towards your goals shows so much strength <3 congrats to you!
I personally just weighed myself this morning and am at 219.5 Hopefully I can keep the scale moving down instead of up haha.

Hi ashori602! Glad to see you on the new thread!! Congrats on your loss! I keep bouncing around between 204 and 201, so I'm just trying to stay focused and up my exercise. @kittens thank you! It's always annoying when the scale bounces between numbers but keep on pushing you got this! You are so close to onderland!
I've personally been really sick this past week and a half...I came down with a gastro virus and was admitted to the hospital for close to 4 days. Bleh. I have never been so sick in my life and it was honestly a wake up call to start treating myself better. I need to eat better and I need to improve my cardiovascular fitness or else I am going to keep getting sick and not feeling good. I want to feel good in my body and hopefully once I am back to 100% I can continue eating well and start an exercise regimen.
Hope everyone is still continuing to work hard and kick butt!!

Currently at 212.8-definitely due to being sick so I won't be upset if I go up a few pounds once I am completely recovered.
