gemini I'm not in onederland yet but it's definitely my next goal. I have a feeling my scale may slow down for a bit as I lost a crazy 12 pounds in the last 3 weeks!

Boopchick congrats on losing the 12 pds. With a jump like that a little time of scales not moving is acceptable.

Well ladies I got a bad cold. 2 weeks of 2 different bugs is not the way I was looking to lose weight. today at 212 but I'll probably gain it back when I eat today. LOL I want everything I see since I haven't been able to eat. am

Ok should be better soon. I hope by tomorrow enough to not be coughing every 60 seconds.

Good afternoon! I just re-started WW this week and am really going to re-commit to my fitness and eating. I went to the Dr. a couple of weeks ago and weighed in at 210 lbs with borderline high bp. My Dr. told me that I need to lose some weight and I can't wait to get back under 200 lbs!

I'm still here, just on my phone most days so I can read your messages but it's a pain to try and respond.

I weighed in at 216 today. Unfortunately, my husband was starving after work and so I suggested we stop in to a healthy restaurant to get a bite to eat before the long commute home. I will be up a little tomorrow but he leaves for a business trip in the morning so I will be able to be extra vigilant the rest of the week.

SocialWorkMama, I am also doing Weight Watchers. The new program is great, it's flexible enough that I can do it in conjunction with what I need ... which is low carb and high protein and high fiber.

Girls sounds like your all owning your journeys. I went up to 219. But trying to step it up to get back to 212.

Hi Gals!!!

Well this has been a busy week. Getting use to working a full time job on my feet all day. My problem is I work at Walmart and there is good food everywhere. I need more will power to not buy lunch from the deli.

I am back up to 218. However still under 220. So 2 weeks under 220 I am happy. I have a goal that by Oct 31st I will be 199. That is not realistic unless I apply myself. So here it goes. No more carbs or fats. I need to make healthy lunches in Tupperware to go to work. Drink lots and lots of water. Do some exercises that get me burning that fat. This is my weekend so I need to be heavy cleaning the Living Room from top to bottom. dusting, moving furniture, vacuuming. Also need to get the linen closet cleaned up and the upstairs coat closet. Hopefully I will burn off a few pounds today and tomorrow.

I want to welcome SocalWorkmama to our thread and glad to see you ahve a plan girl.

Davisag, good luck getting to onederland! You have a good attitude.

As for me, my husband came home and this was a week of overeating (slightly). I am only down slightly, to 213.1. But a loss is a loss so I will take it. Still on track to get to onederland by Christmas!

Hi everyone!

Hope you are enjoying your weekend! I am trying a recipe I found for cauliflower chowder. It's in the crockpot right now and smells delicious!!

I took my parents out for a boat ride yesterday. It was a beautiful fall day.



204.2 this morning. Slowly inching down these last few pounds to onederland...

80 pounds!! gemini that is AMAZING! Congrats!!

tefrey you are doing great! Downward movement on the scale even after indulging a bit!

davisag I find planning and prepping so helpful to keep myself on track. You got this!
