This competition appears to be just about won, but it looks like a great group. Count me in as a cheerleader and an extreme underdog

Currently 165.5, heading towards 161.5

Welcome Leeza!

Congrats Heather on your loss today!

Okay, so listen I got up this morning and weighed in: no change from yesterday, 193.2. I went for a 5 mile run, came home and weighed in: 191.2! TWO POUNDS down! LOL. Man, I sweat like a pig in this humidity. Too bad for me I won't count "dehydration" as weight loss. But it was so THRILLING to see the numbers on the scale. Maybe soon I'll see them BEFORE I run!

So officially for today, no change from yesterday, but soon, soon!

Start Weight: 195.6
Current Weight: 193.2 (-2.4)
Challenge Goal Weight: 190.6

Hi ladies~

Now I understand why people weigh in with no clothes on. I never have done that always weigh in with whatever I'm wearing. I have come to find that my jean shorts weigh 2 pounds...Isn't that crazy? My cotton PJ like shorts weigh 1 pound. So all those mornings when I thought I did everything right and thought how could I have a gain could be from the clothes I was wearing. Note to self ~ never weigh in wearing jean shorts.

I love the new list of everyone's weigh in. Easier to keep track

start weight: 232
weight loss: 2.4
5 pound goal: 227

Losing4another: LOL! I Must weigh-in NAKED. With dry hair! And exhale as I step on scale! And not wear my contacts! Ha!

Josephine ~ LOL! I didn't think it would make much of a difference. I remember wearing jeans to a weight watchers meeting and gaining 2 pounds. I thought they fixed their scales so people would gain every so often...and here it was my big azz jeans.
Your to funny My scale is in my hall bathroom so I was always either in Pj's or already dressed before stepping on the scale. As my clothes get smaller they should lose weight too And it just hit me... it takes 2 lbs of material to make my jean shorts

Good morning!
I'm down another 1.5!! Well, this is how it goes if I focus, and then the weekend comes and it all falls apart!! Hopefully this challenge will keep me on track.

You guys are doing GREAT!! Keep it up!

Thanks Tyler for putting the numbers up. Is there a way we can post to make it easier to track? I saw that Fat Chick B Gone re-posted your post with her new numbers. Would that make things easier?

sxulcmnky - I don't see the tat, I'm lost? I have two small ones and plan on a larger piece if, no excuse me when, I lose the weight I want to.

Losing4Another - omg yes get your self naked! I strip down first thing in the morning to weigh. Or you can just sleep nude and save that step in the AM

Darby - congrats!! No negative thoughts just stay on track this weekend.

Josephine - I lose 2-3lbs also when I exercise. It's my favorite part to jump on the scale after doing so!! Then I think man I must look like I went swimming instead of just doing the elliptical for 30 minutes!

Yoga tonight, woo hoo. I need some mind/body hippie dippie goodness. I'm over my crud but still a little weakish feeling so don't think I can do full on cardio but back to it tomorrow.

I saw her tat in a photo thread in a different forum (The Biggest Loser Challenge forum) but maybe she will post a pic of her tat here, too, so we can all admire. I have none at the moment but I've always wanted to get one. Maybe as a goal reward!

Maybe you can show us yours too?

Have fun at yoga, glad you're feeling better!

Congratulations! You're down 3 pounds, how cool is that!?!? Yay! Don't worry about how you post your numbers, I will just make an updated "all stats" post at the end of every day. Gives me something to do OTHER THAN binge eat and that is a very GOOD thing!
