I know why, too. It's because I DARED to eat real food for dinner last night. And it wasn't even that much. 2 little burritos. And maybe a pint of beer. Or two.
My body reacts very well to losing weight if I eat regularly during the day and eat only very very lightly for dinner. Lately I've been drinking a protein shake for dinner, and the weight has been dropping.
Even last night as I was eating, I knew I'd go up. After all these years, I know how my body works. Back to shakes tonight.
You're getting there Tyler! Better the same weight than up, right?
Good morning chikies. I didn't weigh in this morning since I had a few beers last night. I know my body and it'll say 2-3lbs lighter then what I actually am due to the diuretic effects. Should be back to normal by tomorrow.
Darby I doubt you're really up 1.5lbs due to just those items, but good for you for getting back on your plan.
Josephine - I think it was Taylor? Just a Target pretty inexpensive one. I know I'm excited about the challenge also, trying to figure out what day I want to be my "official" weigh in day.

I'm up alittle from friday's pig out. I will report my weight tomorrow and hopefully be back at a loss.
Darby~ The weight could be the salt in the food. You should try to count calories ....then you can eat real food all the time. Surprising your body with a higher fat food while your dieting is a good thing. You may see a gain the next day but if you stay on track you may even lose more that week than with eating lowfat food all week. Hard part is stopping at that one high fat meal My body seems to go through a withdraw and I crave it the next day or two.
Just don't do what i did and blow the whole day away like I did Friday night

Darby -- that's water weight from the sodium, you'll dump it in NO time!
Heather -- I use Monday as my official weigh-in day because it keeps my ears screwed on straight for the weekend, and that is when I really NEED some extra incentive to stay clean!
LosingforAnother -- I'm sure the scale will bounce back down for you!

ok so i weighed in this morning and i have mad waterweight going on... up to 189.6.... wth
i had to get up super early this morning (and i plan on making this a monday ritual) because we have no room in the freezer... which means when i went grocery shopping this weekend i couldn't get my lean cuisines for lunches... so after 3 years of living at my place i finally put 2 and 2 together and realized harris teeter is open 24 hours... meaning i can go before work and then just bring in my lunches
I'm DOWN TO 190.4 this morning, so I've passed my goal for the challenge! YAY YAY YAY!!!! Oh my god, I'm almost out of the 90s! I can't believe it!
