So...let's figure this out. You logically should have lost yesterday after a big run like that. Did you eat after? What did you eat right before? Did you drink a lot of water after your run...let's figure this out to make the most out of your weight loss...
My weight loss is going good, though I am of course as impatient as we all are. Yesterday was only a 3 mile run. This morning I ran 5. Maybe I'll see a bit of a drop tomorrow morning. I'm still averaging 2.8 pounds loss per week right now, which is great. I think also I'm holding a decent amount of water as my body adapts to the marathon training I'm doing. I drink over a gallon of water a day to encourage my body not to hold onto it.
It's all good. I've been eating perfectly on plan and working out 6 days a week. And I'm in this for the looooooong haul.
I can't believe you run that much, i wish i could. I also didn't mean to demean you in anyway. I just was going to say that i eat lean protein right before i work out and that helps, vs. water or nothing. Sorry to offend you.

You didn't, and couldn't, offend me! I appreciate any and ALL input! I usually run at 6 am and I run on a empty stomach except for runs over 8 miles, and I usually take along a bar for those long runs to nibble towards the end. I'm one of those people who get problems if I run with stuff in my tummy. Though, frankly, I'm supposed to be working on that and training myself to take some food before I run. But I haven't been even trying. Just another area for improvement!
I have been better about staying on plan for the past few days, (I also haven't been able to get out and exercise ) I am hoping to keep up the healthy eating, add back the exercise (tough with my two little ones) and finally break out of the 200's. I have been hovering about 203ish for the past three weeks and it feels good to finally see the numbers go down.

It's true.. it's true.. it's really really true I'm still 229 I've been stepping on the scale all day to make sure I wasn't just wanting to see it. I think after three weigh in's it's safe to say ...it was really there YAY!!! My relationship with my scale really shouldn't be this tight

I still can't believe you runt that much. That's awesome. My friend and I (who i told about this site) we walk 3 miles every other day, and then do slim in 6 the other days. We just started this rotation and it is going well so far, maybe we'll make it up to running.
You're right. I have 2.8lbs to lose still...i love counting those ounces! Better believe it.
Everyone's doing so well. Ya know as corney as this will sound, the biggest loser really does give me such motivation. ESPECIALLY with that woman winning! Man, did she look phenomonal. Whenever i think that OH man, i have 16 lbs to lose still, i think well...she lost like 100 so, i get off my little pitty party and keep going!
