Wow, WTG Kelly and Crimsonclover!!!

I was out of town for the weekend and kind of blew it, ugh! I am back with it today though - and with a vengeance!

I have my 5K on Saturday and I really want to do well. My goal is for under 35 minutes, but I will be happy to beat my last time (which was 37:56). I need to get in a couple of training runs this week, but not do too much, as I want to be nice and rested for my race!

Have a great Monday everyone!

Last week I royally stunk. If I can work off all the damage from last week by Friday, I will be THRILLED. Then it is onward and downward!

Thanks, Charity! It was one of those weeks where I was surprised by the number on the scale --- I didn't "feel" any smaller or lighter. Good luck with your race, you're gonna knock 'em dead!

Hang in there, Futurepixie, and keep counting those points...you can do this!

Cool Weigh-in day

I only lost .2 pound this week, and I was feeling sorry for myself ..then I went back and read:

CrimsonClover: Congrats on 4 lbs!

Kelly: 2.8 lbs gone..WTG!

Crazynette: I love your nephew's 'compliment'

Futurepixie: When you feel discouraged, come on in here and look at all this caring & support. It works for me!

Have a great week!

Joanne, you CAN do this....I know I get discouraged too when I see a .2 or .4 loss and I know I've done everything I should have. In then end, we just need to remember that as long as the scale is moving in a downward trend, we need to keep plugging away at it. All those partial pounds DO ADD UP!

Thanks guys! The support here is just amazing!

I think that I am going to buy a digital scale soon. My other one at home is being mean to me (I keep having to recalibrate it and i don't trust it anymore) plus I want to see tenths of pounds!

Alright guys! This is my third day of being wildly on track. I am doing really well and doing everything I am supposed to. So, hopefully I can kick this gain and get things moving again. Maybe I needed that awful awful gain to re-motivate me and get me to be strict again. This feels terrible and I won't soon forget how bad messing up all that work made me feel.

Thanks Joanne! You are all so inspiring!

Futurepixie, I know what you mean about getting a new scale. We have an analog scale that is pretty accurate, but I wanted a digital one. However, I think the tiles in my bathroom must be uneven, because we tried 3 different scales and none was consistent! Good luck! I thing Tanita are suppose to be really good scales.

thanks for the recommendation!

I am going to buy a new one on Friday. I got on my scale this morning, got off and got back on about 3 times, and the weight fluctuated over 7 lbs!! Plus I can hardly see the lines as it is, so I think that the time has come to go digital.

that will be a good motivating present for me!

Hey Girls, So I had my Weigh in this morning and I weighed in at 196.4!! I am so thrilled to have broken the 200 mark. It also was my 60 lbs lost mark. YES!!! My leader asked me if I would like a job in all seriousness with WW when I meet goal. I still have a ways to go, but I would definately consider it.

Everyone is doing awesome with the challenge. I am about half way to my goal for the Spring Challenge.

Keep it up everyone!!!

WTG on the losses CrimsonClover and Regina!!!

I actually gained .6, ugh! I was a little surprised because I at least thought I had stayed the same, maybe even down a little. Hopefully I will see more of a loss this week!

Have a great day everyone!

Regina you are kicking butt, girl! Good for you! Those losses are really adding up, you must be so happy!

CrimsonClover, another good week for you! Keep up the good work!

No weigh in for me this week, we were at the lake for the weekend and I usually weigh in on Saturdays. I'm trying to stay even more focused this week as it's the first time I've missed a weigh in, and I'm a little nervous to go two weeks without hitting the scale. I don't want any negative surprises come Saturday morning, and I so badly want that remaining 6.6 pounds gone by Memorial Day!

Congrats to all the losers!!! WTG!!!

Charity, don't worry about a small gain, it's the overall trend that matters. A lot of things can cause a gain from one week to the next. Overall you're doing an amazing job!!

Kelly have fun on vacation! I'm sure you'll do great at your next WI.

So I lost 2 lbs at WI tonight. So I was excited!! I went to a new meeting this week, because my parents have decided to join. So I went with them. The leader was great and the group is totally crazy! (in a good way!) They are so supportive of everyone else. They have emails throughout the week, with recipes and meal ideas. It was a lot of fun. I'm glad we found the meeting! We even did the wave at one point! Crazy fun!!

Kelly, hope you had a great time at the lake! You are doing so well, I am sure you will make your goal by memorial day!

Crazynette, WTG on the 2 lb. loss!!! AWESOME!

I have really been struggling lately. I need to find my motivation somewhere, don't know where it is has gone! Any words of wisdom?
