Okay so...that's the last time I'll weigh myself until I'm weighed for this competition again. I haven't eaten great but I sure as **** haven't gone that far above 1600. I don't think I went over 1600 at all.
Meanwhile, a girl in the office is talking about how she probably lost 5 pounds in 5 days because "I ate really well this week and I started running". Yeah, and? That doesn't translate to a pound a day... I don't know if she's joking or not but she also said she wore heavier clothes on the initial weigh-in. What's the point of that? It's fake weight loss. -_-

She probably won't be talking much about super weight loss next week when all her initial water weight retention will have left. I almost feel bad for the girl, she now seems to think that losing 5pounds in a week is normal and will be shocked in the next couple of weeks..
