You're doing an amazing job! Really, you're one of the members I most remember and think of when I'm trying to push myself. You look great and I think, "I wish I could be like that". We all struggle sometimes but you are easily one of the toughest ladies I've talked to!

As to whether weighing yourself every day is good or not, I think it's totally subjective. I know this is the daily weigh in thread but I'd really like to avoid daily weigh ins because if I see a weird spike, I become upset. Personally, for me, it's better that I stop although now that I'm getting closer to my next goal of hitting the 120's, that's gonna be a tough habit to break.

This is weird... odd that my scale is only showing whole numbers and no decimal points.

lovedancelive - Well thank you, I appreciate the support! I am definitely going to keep doing them daily for now, but I'm going out of town for a few days beginning on the 7th and won't weigh during that time. I also might not weigh for a bit when I get back just because I don't want to keep seeing the 130's! I thought I left those behind a long time ago.

MaddieB: Not a twig...skinny fat! I look great in clothes but not so much in a bathing suit! I carry tons of belly fat (typical apple shape). I will brave a pic one of these days. My best advice to you and anyone trying to lose weight and tone up...LIFT HEAVY WEIGHTS! I wish someone would have told me that way earlier. I've wasted a lot of time at bootcamps and pilates (which I love so not really a waste), but it did not help me get the look I've been after. I've noticed more change in body in 5 weeks of a lifting program than 5 yrs of other stuff! I'm doing a body recomposition...my goal is to lose body fat and not too much more weight. I cannot support the look I want with my little muscle, but I still have to eat a deficit to lose fat!
