Just breathe. Just tow the line for a few days & you will be back down quickly. That's a huge jump from 132 - it's probably just salt & water retention. Get back to your normal eating habits, slam the water, exercise, & the scale will fly back down. It's not permanent at all.

Heeeeelloooo! Sorry for disappearing - I have been super super sick but am much healthier now! I'm back at 137.3 after being dehydrated and what have you for 2 weeks. I'll start checking in again daily.
