I'm considering just accidentally on purpose letting myself see 129...just to say I saw it & I conquered that MOFO, but I know a few family members who might forcibly hurt me...

3/1 - 139.8
3/3 - 138.9
3/4 - 138.2 - I am sick and probably pretty dehydrated. Consuming massive amounts of tea with honey today. My throat is on FIRE.
3/5 - 138.2 - definitely still sick, but not dehydrated. I guess the bajillion calories I consumed in honey, toast, and popsicles haven't hurt me
3/6 - 137.6

You guys, being sick is totally working out for me. I'm not gymming, I'm eating more calories than usual, and still losing. Yessss.

Thank you, Maddie. I'll try that and see what happens for sure.

It's emotional really. I didn't start feeling bad until about Monday or Tuesday but it's kind of getting to me. I sort of got "dumped" again because "IDK maybe you just aren't my type". It's not a big deal and I'm not making it into one but in my head, one thought keeps echoing - "Am I anyone's type?"

I feel like I need to fill more of my time with productive, interesting things. But I get home from work at 5:15, I take care of my puppy, I jog somewhere between 6:00 and 7:00, and then I'm just dead the rest of the evening. So I start thinking, "Who even has time for a life?..."

I don't really drink so I guess that makes me somewhat "boring" to a number of men my age. I read, but I have a hard time focusing so I'm not uber reader but I'm still something of a nerd. I watch movies but not enough to keep up with cinephiles. I jog but, again, I fall between "OMFG Olympic runner" and lazy guy. I don't know how I keep falling between boxes instead of into one... I'm a hard to define sort of person, largely logical and laidback, and it doesn't seem to be working for me... I quite honestly feel like a blank slate, like you could easily nickname me "Zero" or "Null" or "Nobody Special". =/

So I'm considering picking up a musical instrument or something, anything to feel fuller than I do now.

I am not a binger but pigged out on sweethearts tarts last night, hate when that happens. Thought for sure woukd be up today, but I was down and I even have wet hair with a thick condoning treatment in, silly I know but that couple ounces this stuff and the water weigh could have meant my final goal.

2/7: 127.6 lbs

After a lot of thinking yesterday I decided to stop weighing myself... like, for good. After chatting back and forth with a girlfriend of mine I noticed that I've never actively tried to lose WEIGHT before while using the scale as my guide. My most successful periods of fat loss and visual changes were during times I didn't weigh myself.

I simply stuck to a calorie range that I felt was sufficient, trained like a beast, and ended up looking like I wanted. Only AFTER that point did I step on the scale, just to see what weight I was out of curiosity, and then kept it up.

Since then I lost another 10 pounds or so, but it was muscle too. I was happy where I was but got addicted to seeing that number go down. Now I am at a point where the scale dictates my mood and I'm ignoring the visual. That needs to stop. It really hit home when my friend asked me yesterday "Do you miss that" (the feeling of not knowing).
And yeah, I do.

So... for the forseeable future I'm going to be ignorant! I'm still going to keep my workout schedule and track calories, just not my weight.

3/1: 145.8
3/2: 146.8 (big dinner out with friends and three glasses of wine)
3/3: 146.8 (again! whatev...)
3/4: 149.2
3/5: 146.8 (ha, knew I'd have a water weight whoosh)
3/6: 145.6
3/7: 145.8 (meh, up .8 pounds from last week at this very day, i don't even know..)

@Jossfit - that might be a good idea for awhile, to stop weighing. I know for me that doesn't work because basically the scale keeps me honest. If I know I have to weigh in the next day, I'm less likely to eat certain things or go crazy.
